VILLA DELFINI 9 PEOPLE, via Calamancina n.70

Villa Delfini is situated in a quiet area at 800 meters from the village of San Vito Lo Capo, famous for the white sandy beach. The villa is surrounded by a large, rustic garden with typical Mediterranean plants.
Our villa is composed by 2 twins units which can be rented together or separately,
The smallest (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom) is suitable for a 4-6 group, the biggest (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) to a 6-8 group.
The whole villa is composed by:
-two living rooms/kitchens with two double sofa beds, air conditioning satellite TV ;
- 2 kitchens equipped with microwave oven, refrigeretors and freezers;
-five double bedroom with air conditioning ( in the corridor) and wardrobe;
-three bathrooms with shower
-two washing machines
-covered independent terraces
-1 outdoor kitchen (smallest unit)
there is a large common rustic garden with barbecue, chairs, tables.
The proximity to the village and the beach is ideal for pleasant walks on footh or by bike.
- transfer service to the beach (very cheap) on demand
- beach umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach on demand
- transfer service from and to the airport on demand.
A car is suggested.

Our villa is close to the entntrance to Calamancia Free climbing site, and to calancina rock sea.
