Maison Marron is a luxury new-build traditional Perigord style house, which has 3 bedrooms, a private heated swimming pool, newly installed air con system, a Boules Pitch and a croquet pitch.

The property has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with separate utility room with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a separate toilet downstairs. The modern fully fitted kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools and includes dishwasher, Range cooker, Microwave and an American style fridge/freezer with ice maker and water dispenser. Sliding doors lead to a large outdoor covered area with table and chairs for six people. This is a perfect place for outdoor dining with a glass of wine, as it has beautiful views and many stunning sunsets. You can sit under here and watch the family playing boules or croquet with a glass of wine in hand!

The living area has a traditional stone-built fire place with a wood burner. French doors lead out to the front of the house. There is a flat screen TV with both French and English channels. It has large comfy sofas, foot stools, side tables and cosy lamps.

The dining area has a table and chairs for 6 people plus side board. It has french doors leading out to the rear of the house onto a patio and pathway to the pool area. The house and pool area are surrounded by beautiful countryside with extensive outdoor lighting for the evenings, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms all with extremely comfortable beds. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, side tables and lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe, flat-screen TV (with French & English channels), and an en-suite shower room (shower cubicle, double sinks and WC).

The other two bedrooms have two single beds in each, chest of drawers, wardrobe, side tables and lamps. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a free standing bath, shower cubicle and sink. There is a separate WC. All bedrooms (and lounge areas) have been fitted with a new air-con system ready for the 2024 season - a major improvement we are very excited about!

The pool area features a 10x5m heated swimming pool, outdoor shower, large patio areas with high-quality sun loungers and parasols. There is also a wooden pool house with a covered outdoor seating area featuring sofas, chairs and a coffee table. This space is ideal for lazy days and evenings to take in the beautiful large gardens and surrounding countryside.

Air con has been fully installed in all three bedrooms and the main room downstairs, meaning Maison Marron is fully equipped to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
