RMR: Wheatgrass 2222 Condo in The Aspens/Wilson,WY

When your family won't quite fit in one room anymore, this one bedroom loft will give you just the right amount of additional space. Entering this second-floor condo, you'll find a high celings and oversized southwest facing windows. A fully-equipped kitchen opens to the dining space and a living room that features a fireplace and a deck with an electric barbecue grill. There is a half bath with washer/dryer in the hall on this level. Up half a flight is the queen bedroom with a full bath and a small deck. Up another small set of stairs is the loft, with two twin beds. These twin beds can be converted to a king bed for a fee. This property can sleep an additional 2 people on the queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There are three half flights of stairs to the entry.

Parking is available for two cars. No trailers, campers, or RVs are permitted. Please be advised: no electric cars may be plugged into the parking lot outlets at any Aspens condo.

**Upon booking, a digital contract is required to be signed within 48 hours. This will be emailed to you. Your booking is not finalized until this is signed and received. Booking is subject to be cancelled if agreement is not signed within 48 hours.

**For bookings of 30 nights or more, final availability is subject to homeowner approval. A lease agreement along with a security deposit will be required. **

The Aspens is a charming location that provides the perfect staging point for your Jackson Hole adventure. Nestled under the rising peaks of the Tetons Range, the area boasts convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This quaint, wooded neighborhood features a well-stocked market and wine store, coffee shop and gift shop all within walking distance to your property as well as restaurant options for discerning diners and casual food enthusiasts alike. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee.

Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.
