Kitchen area with bar element (4-burner electric hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher) - Cellar with washing machine. Living room in 1/2 level with a sofa bed for 2 people - Shower room (Italian shower, basin) - Separate toilet - On the first level: Mezzanine above the living room with a sofa bed BZ (2 people) - Bedroom (2.51x3 .37) (1 bed 140) - By a miller's staircase, access to an attic room (2.04x1.99) under velux window (1 single mattress for a child over 7 years old) (maximum height 1.67m, minimum height 1.31m).
