Well-situated modern refurbished studio apartment by the beach in Calahonda on the beautiful Costa del Sol.

Located on the seventh floor, this is a spacious studio apartment with a spectacular sea view. There is nothing better to wake up to in a morning to leave you feeling invigorated and inspired to start the day.

Within the studio there is one double bed, one very large king size sofa bed and the possibility to add a small child's bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee making facilities and a washing machine.

Guests will have access to all of the premises. This includes beautiful gardens, a private children's playground within the grounds, 3 pools including a children's pool, private community parking and direct access to the beach.

Very conveniently located with direct access from the gardens to the beautiful beaches in the area. Few minutes walk away (across the road) from cafes, supermarkets (Mercadona), and restaurants.

The apartment is a 20 minute drive from Malaga airport, 15 minutes by car to both Fuengirola and Marbella and 20 minutes to Puerto Banus. It is also possible to take a day trip to Grenada and ski in the Sierra Nevada mountains.

We offer airport pick ups at an additional cost and can help to arrange activities or provide recommendations. As native English and Spanish speakers we can also assist with some translation services.

Please note the apartment is beachside but it also means that it is close to the highway as the highway runs along the coast. This means there can be some noise and if you are sensitive to noise we do not recommend you to book this apartment. Late check-in fee €50 after 10pm.

Good location, could have been cleaner

We had a great holiday but thought the apartment could have been cleaner. Looking under the bed and sofa and fridge shown that it had not been given a proper clean. Also around the bottom of the shower cubicle. There was a mop and bucket but no cleaning products. A cleaner and fresh linen half way through the holiday would have been a nice touch. Some other niggles were, only one and a half toilet rolls for both of us for the 11 days we were there (we had to buy some), just one bath towel each and no covers on the spare quilt and pillows. Oh, and we had ants. The property manager told us about a spray that was in the cupboard which we had to use 4 or 5 times. It stopped them for a while but we would rather not have had to use it. The location was great, close to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Lovely apartment, nice open space with everything we needed and very clean. Easy access to apartment as Ray arranged his friend Jose to meet us. Ray and Jose both very friendly, contacting us mid way through the holiday to check all was okay. Nice complex/ location with swimming pools and close to beach and shops including a British supermarket. Thank you for a great holiday
