Renovated apartment, 107m² on the 3rd floor with a spacious terrace.
It consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen with dining table, 1 bathroom and 1 extra wc. It sleeps up to 5 persons.
Air-conditioning is available in the living room and in one of the bedrooms.
As the owner is a painter, the apartment is decorated with colorful paintings, beautiful rugs and objects.
A small studio atelier on the terrace invites artistically inclined guests to work in.
Located at the center of Athens. Buses and trolley buses are just below and go towards all directions, and Metro is at 5 min. walk.
Easy access to the Airport (Metro) and the port of Pireus (metro and bus).

The apartment is really spacious and perfect for any family. It was located at third floor and lift is available. The check in and out process was hassle free and the property manager was very prompt to give us any information. We enjoyed very much our stay there.

Great apartment, close to metro and regular buses and situated near Lycabettus Hill. Effective air con in one bedroom and a good fan in the other, good air con in the living room too. I loved this apartment. It was spacious enough for our family of four & a lovely artistic space. There was a great cafe nearby and bars & restaurants at night. Walk into the centre took about 15/20 mins. Communication with owner was excellent. Thank you!

Great Place for the Money But Far from City Center

This apartment is spacious and comfortable and worked great for the frequent naps and meals we had to take while traveling with our young children. The host is gracious and communicative. The only downside to this apartment is that it is a 40 minute walk from the city center. Public transit via bus is pretty easy to figure out, though.

Pros: Great communication, very roomy place, easy in and out, 12 min walk to train, hair dryer, lift, nice patio, fixed problems we had, let us check in earlyCons: sheets were left off a bed(brought us some late evening of next day), washer didn't have a drawer to put detergent in and seemed dirty(so we didn't use), needed hair conditioner, towels need replaced, needs just a little deeper cleaningOverall it was nice and an easy stay.

Family trip of a life time

The apartment was large enough for 6 adults. Clean and Manolis was a great host. Anything we need he delivered. No toaster or coffee maker but we made it work with the oven and coffee thermo as a pour over. Great location to the acropolis, church on the hill, markets and flea market only 10 Eros taxi to most places. Had an amazing time exploring Athens. Great place to stay give it a 9 out of 10

Everything was fine. The apartment is big, comfortable and clean. The location is good for both bus and metro. Licabbetto Hill is easily reachable by foot. Recommended.Tutto bene. L'appartamento è grande, confortevole e pulito. La posizione è buona sia per l'autobus che per la metro. La collina del Licabetto è tranquillamente raggiungibile a piedi. Consigliato.

Bel appartement centre d'Athènes

L'appartement est très agréable, bien situé. Le stationnement à proximité est difficile mais possible.Grosses difficultés pour ouvrir la boite contenant les clés mais le propriétaire très réceptif et a pu être contacté par téléphone. Un problème concernant la cuisine : impossible de faire fonctionner les plaques chauffantes. Le four n'a pas été nettoyé et dégage une épaisse fumée quand on le met en route. Malgré ces quelques désagréments, on ne peut que recommander cet appartement.
