The outside space is sublime with a covered terrace for al fresco dining and another huge terrace with a pergola for shade surrounding the 10 x 5m pool, with alarm. On the upper level there is a boules pitch with pool-house + summer kitchen with barbecue, table tennis and wc.
There is a huge natural Mediterranean garden surrounding the villa which has electric gates and parking for 4 cars.

Sainte Maxime is 8km away and is our local town. It is also very pretty and has many boutiques, shops and street-side restaurants and bars and beaches. The ferry to St Tropez runs from here, every 20 minutes and is the stress-free way of getting across the bay.
