Nice location near downtown Cabo.

Just my wife & I stayed at this location. This place is very small for 4 people. Internet worked geat. But, the outside area near the condo smelled really bad...like a sewer being evacuated. Can't beat the price.

Excellent experience

First of all, our host was amazing. Being our first time in Mexico we were nervous visiting but Emelda assured us that we are close to everything. She gave us her Personal number and kept in contact though whatsapp. She gave us recommendations for restaurants, beaches, etc. she was very king, welcoming and answered all our questions and MORE. This location; everything is waking distance. Food, bars, beach is close by. We have no complaints, but only great things to say about this condo and our host.

This property is an older building with outdated plumbing, No hot water. Slow water flow, misleading advertisement pictures of the building exterior.The actual Exterior view of building appears to be crumbling. No housekeeping services. On the other hand, The area is okay, feels very safe, 24 hour Security personnel at front entry to property.
