It is one of the four houses of 'Lavender Lake' small residence on a shaded Chêneraie, hillside residence 'Les Lavandes du Lac offers stunning views of Lake St. Croix and the medieval village of Bauduen. People come here for its tranquility, its proximity to the lake and its beaches are within 200 meters of the residence. From the property a path through the woods takes you to the village of Bauduen with magnificent views of the lake, and you will if you wish to join the paths of Great Excursion. Four apartments are two types 3 (2 rooms) with terraces and stunning views of the lake on the ground floor and two types 2 (1 bedroom) on the first floor they have dining areas with tables and benches on the ground the residence with views of the lake and the village of Bauduen (5 minutes by car).

Amazing lake view!! We couldn’t stop taking pictures! The sunset was gorgeous. The apartment lacked some basics (soap, paper towels, etc.) and we had to make our own beds with disposable sheets which was new for us, but even so I still rated it 5 stars because of the view, and the beautiful grounds with forest and a tree house to play in. Also Antoine/Tony the host was so friendly and helpful. He picked us up from a restaurant and had us follow him in our car because it’s a tricky area for google maps I think. Great place for families with kids. It was a wonderful trip.

Einfache, funktionale Wohnung mit toller Aussicht auf den See. Kleiner Stand ist fussläufig erreichbar, Geschäfte etc nur mit Auto. Auch im Sommer ist die Wohnung angenehm kühl, ruhig ist es obendrein, da abseits von Ortschaft und Strasse in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse gelegen. Vermieter Toni hat viele gute Ausflugsideen und Tipps auf Lager.

Séjour à Bauduen

Jolie appartement avec terrasse vue sur lac et très jolie village de Bauduen. Les levers et couchers de soleil sont magnifiques. L’appartement à tout le nécessaire. La maison dispose de 4 appartements, il y a un extérieur avec des places de parking, jardin avec transat et terrain de pétanque. L’emplacement est idéale à 2km de Bauduen. Tranquillité du lieu et également plein d’activités à faire dans le parc du Verdon (bateau, canoe, paddle, pedalo, rando, parapente, saut à l'élastique etc...)

J'ai apprécié :- la facilité et la disponibilité d'Antoine qui nous a fort bien accueilli, les conseils et astuces prodigués, le geste de bienvenue;- la qualité de l'emplacement et la vue;- la facilité lors du départ. J'ai regretté :- que la réfection du logement se soit limitée à la salle de bains et aux WC;- l'exiguïté de la pièce principale, ainsi que l'annonce mentionnant une superficie de 50m2 incluant sans aucun doute possible la magnifique terrasse;- Le problème technique ayant entrainé l'absence de Wifi malgré un échange avec Antoine.

Petit gîte avec une magnifique vue depuis la terrasse. Parfaitement propre a notre arrivée. Nous étions mi août avec des températures extérieures élevées et le gîte est resté assez frais dans l'ensemble. Plage à 5 minutes a pied, la palud sur Verdon à 55min. Les gorges de baudinard à 20min. Top

Toller Urlaub in sehr schöner Umgebung

Wir haben einen wirklich tollen Urlaub in einer schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sehr chic besonders das Bad. Der Blick von der Terrasse über den See einschließlich wunderschöner Sonnenuntergänge ist traumhaft. Wanderungen - anstrengend ; ) in die Verdonschlucht, Tretbootfahren in den Gorges du Verdon, Baden im Lac de Sainte Croix (den 200m entfernten Strand haben wir allerdings nicht entdeckt), viele Ausflüge in die nähere und fernere Umgebung mit unvergesslichen Aussichten und nicht zuletzt tolles Essen in den Gaststätten in Bauduen haben tiefe Eindrücke hinterlassen. Vielen Dank an Toni und seine interessanten Tips!

10 jours de calme dans des environs magnifiques

On a passé 10 jours avec une très belle vue du matin au soir. Le propriétaire était très gentil. Il y a aussi un grand jardin autour de la maison. Seul un four et quelques crochets en plus auraient été utiles et le WIFI n' a pas marché malheureusement.

Malheureusement le soleil a été peu de la partie ! Antoine nous a donné plein d'informations sur la région et les choses possibles à faire. La vue du logement est magnifique. Seul bémol, pas de wifi suite à un soucis technique indépendant de la volonté du propriétaire. C'était un des critères de choix du logement.

Très belle région à visiter

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances, le logement était conforme à l'annonce, et la région vraiment très belle. Le propriétaire nous a bien renseigné sur les activités à faire et sur la meilleure façon d'admirer les gorges du Verdon en voiture. Il a été également réactif lorsque nous avions besoin de quelque chose.

Calme reposant et panorama splendide

Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique. L'extérieur est particulièrement accueillant " espace détente, terrain de pétanque, chaises longues, tables pique nique à disposition , grand espace boisé et fleuri. Cerise sur le gateau, la vue sur le lac de Sainte Croix est splendide. L'accueil d'Antoine le propriétaire se fait en toute simplicité et les informations sur la région fusent. Les idées de visites touristiques sont très nombreuses et un guide pratique nous est remis. Le rosé de provence offert à l'arrivée est une surprise bien agréable.... Propriétaire toujours à l'écoute et très disponible pendant notre séjour. La location est conforme à la description reçu. La terrasse privée nous donne une vue imprenable sur le lac et nous émerveille toujours ..... Les Lavandes du Lac un séjour à consommer sans modération .....C'est très reposant.... Merci Tony pour le d'job , vous êtes vraiment à la hauteur. Au plaisir de vous retrouver.....
