About this property

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, gas hob, oven, holes, pans, cutlery,
osmosis equipment for water treatment, ets). There is also a washing machine, iron, hair dryer. A DVD player, with which you can play music or watch movies by connecting a USB memory or the mobile phone. Two rooms: one with a double bed of 135cm, and the other with a 90cm bed and a 135cm sofa-bed. It also has a small terrace overlooking the Castillo Mayor and is located in the old town of Xativa very close to the museums. Very quiet and quiet despite being located 100m from the entertainment area.

Accommodation

Dont be put off by the entrance hallway and stairs, this apartment has been very nicely renovated. It is a huge apartment for a town centre location, with lots of space. Apartment was well equipped and has a nice terrace with a view of the castle, which is lit at night. Hot water cylinder has limited capacity which can be easily resolved by allowing sufficient time between uses. Front entrance door is tricky to locate and it is not clear which bell to press. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Todo genial

Hemos estado muy a gusto. El apartamento es una pasada, tiene todas las comodidades, hasta agua filtrada por ósmosis, nos dejó sal, azúcar, aceite, café, todo tipo de especias, gel, champú, acondicionador, bolsas de basura...en fin todo lo q se necesita en una casa, incluso hasta teníamos agua fría en la nevera cuando llegamos. Esta situado en el casco antiguo, pero en una zona super tranquila, la terraza es pequeña pero para nosotros tres era más q suficiente. Por ponerle alguna pega, diré q es un segundo sin ascensor y q el último tramo de escaleras era bastante empinado y q el aire acondicionado no llegaba a las habitaciones, pero con las ventanas abiertas se dormía bien y además había tb un ventilador q pusimos en una de las habitaciones. En definitiva q si volviese a Xativa volvería, sin dudarlo, al apartamento de Adrián, q por cierto es super majo.

Buen estado del piso, limpio, un segundo sin ascensor, tiene aire en el salon. El piso muy coqueto y la terraza individual con vistas al castillo y muy acojedora
