Perfectly positioned just 3Km from the town of Ontinyent and just 30 minutes from the beaches of Gandia. Its location offers the option of a quiet relaxing retreat for all the family or a perfect Spanish adventure.

El Parque sits in private grounds of 8000m2 with fantastic views over the surrounding hills and mountains. There is an 8m x 5m PRIVATE pool with an outside kitchen for those Spanish paella's or more traditional barbecues and a good sized sun terrace.

The apartment comes highly equipped with all mod cons, all linen, SKY TV, Spanish TV, private car parking, welcome pack (optional) and much more.

El Parque is great for families. Quiet enough to relax or a perfect setting for a romantic getaway. Fantastic award winning beaches only 30 minutes away. Incredible shopping if you simply can't resist. Beautiful mountains on your door step for either walking, painting or for the more energetic to bike down!

Accommodation consists of:

Very spacious bedroom with one double bed and one single bed - additional beds can be added if required. Second single bedroom with bunk beds.

A fully equipped open-plan kitchen and lounge. Luxurious bathroom with bath and separate shower.

Separate dining room - formerly the bodega.

Easy access to the area via either Valencia airport (45 min transfer) or Alicante (60 minutes transfer). When you arrive you have your own private entrance to the apartment, so you can come and go as you wish.

Eating out is also very cheap, however if you decide to stay in you have all mod-cons, SKY TV, DVD, stereo, etc.

Also, 24-hour internet access is available for all your needs through a wireless LAN. Feel free to bring your laptop and stay in touch with family, friends or business colleagues (if you must).

All towels and bedding are provided. A washing machine is also available for you to use. BBQ are permitted to careful users. Upon request, a small welcome pack will be waiting for you upon arrival!

We had a lovely stay, the hosts are very kind and helpful. The property is bigger than the photos make it out to be and had plenty of space for our family of 5. The pool area is great and we spent a lot of our time there . We would return. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Het huis en terrein bevinden zich op een mooie plek. Het inchecken ging soepel en de huiseigenaren reageren snel op vragen, zowel vooraf als ook tijdens ons verblijf. Het zwembad is goed en lekker, vooral tijdens de warme dagen. De eigenaar maakte het zwembad ook dagelijks schoon.Misschien hebben wij het verkeerd gelezen in de advertentie, maar het huis is niet helemaal privé, omdat de eigenaren met hun volwassen zoon in hetzelfde huis wonen. Ons verblijf is beneden en in de verdieping erboven wonen en leven de eigenaren. Dit vonden wij minder, omdat wij de verwachting hadden dat de woning echt privé was en niemand ons kon zien tijdens het zwemmen en zonnen. Dit is voor ons en vooral voor mijn vrouw van belang in verband met onze religie. Zij kon niet volledig genieten van de zon, omdat ze zich moest blijven bedekken voor de zekerheid als de eigenaar of hun zoon naar buiten zou komen of kijken. Hier kunnen de eigenaren hoogstwaarschijnlijk niks aan doen, omdat het voor hun misschien ook nieuw is dat de gasten deze wensen en/of religieuze voorschriften hebben. Dit kan voorkomen worden als de eigenaren dit in hun advertentie zetten, zodat geïnteresseerden dit vooraf weten en niet pas op locatie hiermee geconfronteerd worden.Verder is er geen airconditioning in het verblijf en in de zomer kan heel warm zijn, ook in het huis. Ze hebben wel twee plafondventilatoren on totaal, waarvan een niet goed werkte. De eigenaar zou deze pas repareren na ons vertrek helaas.

Ontinyent et Costa Blanca

Très bon séjour avec découverte d’Ontinyent, ses alentours et une partie de la Costa Blanca. Le logement est confortable et très bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont discrets et présents si nécessaires. Nous recommandons d’aller vous baigner à Pouclar et d’assister à la fête de Mauros et Cristianos fin août; pour le reste le logement est situé à 40mn environ de Gandia, 1h de Dénia, Alicante ou encore Calp.

Schönes Anwesen

Der Empfang war unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Unterkunft liegt in Hanglage, das Haupthaus steht darüber. Das hat zur Folge, dass die hinteren Zimmer (Küche, Esszimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad) kalt und dunkel sind und teilweise keine bzw. lediglich kleine Fensterluken haben. Im Sommer bei hohen Temperaturen ist dies sicherlich ein Vorteil. Für uns ein Highlight waren die große Terrasse und der Kamin im Wohnzimmer. Brennholz war ausreichend vorhanden. Die Gegend gab nicht viel her, den Ort fanden wir etwas langweilig. Es gab jedoch ausreichend Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Die Vermieter sind sehr bemüht, Wünsche wurden umgehend erfüllt (z.B. Entkalken der Kaffeemaschine). Der Pool war zu unserer Zeit noch nicht in Betrieb. Da wir schönes Wetter hatten, haben wir unseren Aufenthalt dort genossen.

Super Aufenthalt in El Parque

Alquiler con personas poco felices y con malas formas de hablar.

Hemos alquilado la casa x una semana xq viajamos x trabajo. La casa antigua olía a humedad, que era casi imposible dormir dentro. La calefacción apenas enfría, solo tenía un baño que estaba dentro de la habitación y no podías descansar xq tenían que pasar x tu habitación para ir la baño. El colchón se te clavaban los alambres en la espalda de lo viejo que era. Nos hemos quedado sin butano en el calentador y en la calefacción apenas calentaba de lo vieja que era la estufa. Tampoco teníamos papel higiénico. No lo recomiendo!

Nous avons bien profité

Nous avons bien profité. Après un très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires nous avons pu profiter de la piscine qui était très propre et a une bonne température. La région est très belle à visiter les plages aussi l’eau est très bonne. La location nous a ravi seul petit bémol la température à l’intérieur cela aurait mérité une climatisation les deux ventilateurs ne permettent pas de brasser l’air de toute la surface. Il faut dire que nous sommes tombés sur une semaine où il faisait plus de 40 degrés. Et les propriétaires ont laissé un guide qui vous permet de planifier les activités que vous voulez faire. Enfin et c’est appréciable il y a un très bon wi-fi. Merci à eux.

Una estancia genial

La casa es fantastica, mucho mas grande de lo que parecia en el anuncio. Solo era para nosotros un aparatamento en la parte inferior pero hay mucha privacidadm los dueños estan pero no se les ve si no les buscas o les llamas y estan dispuestos a escuchar y ayudar en todo. Lo unico que eché en falta fue un aire acondicionado, hizo mucho calor y aunque el apartamente es fresco con tanto calor yo no podia. Gracias por todo Cathy y Mervyn.

Des vacances au calme

Très belle expérience avec ma famille sur Ontinyent, la maison est dans une grande propriété entouré d arbre fruitier, c est très reposant, on a passé un agréable moment. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil, ils sont très avenants, discrets et à l écoute de nos demandes. Si vous voulez passer des vacances à la campagne, au calme n hésitez pas.

Très bon séjour

Pour des vacances loin de la foule touristique, c’est parfait ! Immersion en Espagne. A moins d’une heure de différentes plages et cascades avec tout ce qu’il faut à Ontinyent. Maison très agréable et appartement vraiment très grand avec propriétaires sympathiques et discrets nous laissant libres pour l’utilisation de la piscine. De plus, même à plus de 40 degrés, l’appartement garde une certaine fraîcheur. Nous conseillons.
