About this property

Charming penthouse, with views of the city (ideal for families)

Our penthouse is composed of 2 furnished rooms, (1 of them with 2 single beds and access to a private terrace, the other with a double bed), living room and bathroom.
We have just opened this August-19, kitchen with induction hob and sink, equipped with crockery, battery, cutlery and various utensils, all new.
It also has a microwave, family refrigerator, coffee maker with manual loading and toaster.
All located on the second floor of a detached house.
Our guests will have a key in each of the rooms to store their belongings and preserve their privacy.
All its spaces enjoy a lot of natural light and views of the entire city. Your windows have curtains to reduce this light at rest.
It is only 500 m away. from the town center, 42 km from the beach of Gandía and 90 km. approximately of the airports of Alicante and Valencia.

Note: The maximum stay at our property is 10 nights, in accordance with local regulations.

Excellent accommodation

The loft apartment was excellent, facilities perfect, cleanliness perfect, location perfect for what I needed, access to the A7 motorway. The hosts were extremely kind, helpful. For my next stay in the Valencia area, I will for sure stay there again, Recommend this for single people, or family groups.

We had a wonderful stay at Ana’s place. The cleanest place we’ve ever stayed! A lovely safe neighbourhood. The apartment is very well equipped and we had everything we needed. Ana was super helpful and responsive, which made everything very easy.

saubere Unterkunft mit offener Küche

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss im Haus der Vermieter, welche ebenfalls im Haus mit wohnen. Die Küche und das Bad sind vom Treppenhaus offen, nur das Schlafzimmer und Kinderzimmer sind abschließbar. Die Küche hatte einen sehr gute Ausstattung und die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet. Auf der Terasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick. Uns hat eine Sonnenliege und ein Esstisch gefehlt. Das Bad ist groß und hat eine größe schöne Badewanne. Dennoch fehlte für uns eine Waschbeckenablage. Die Schlafzimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage, welche mit im Preis inbegriffen ist. Leider gibt es keine Moskitonetze vor den Fenstern, es sind aber in jedem Zimmer elektronische Mückenstecker vorhanden.. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es viele Hunde, welche gerne nachts und am Tag bellen und das hat uns oft gestört/geweckt.

Hola Lars, lamento que nuestra propiedad no haya cumplido vuestras expectativas, igual en vuestra próxima escapada deberíais plantearos un hotel de 5 estrellas dentro del casco urbano. Las propiedades de alquiler turístico de particulares son lugares en donde los propietarios ofrecen todo lo que tienen a un precio módico e intentan que sus huéspedes se sientan lo más cómodos posible, dentro de sus posibilidades. No entiendo que valores en nuestro establecimiento "la comunicación", "las normas", la limpieza" y "general" en 5 estrellas y después transformes esto en 3 de 5 estrellas.

Realmente lo que se comparte es el edificio, no la planta, los huéspedes cuando vienen, ocupan la buhardilla y nadie se interfiere en su espacio, con tal de respetar su intimidad. Además, dicha buhardilla tiene su baño, su cocina, su terraza, etc., esto no se comparte con nadie. Gracias Jose por tu valoración.

Nice place to stay with family .

Overall stay was nice only thing missing was air conditioner. Host Ana and spouse was nice and helped us with all our enquires . She gave us some fantastic locations and beaches.

Saubere, zentral gelegene Unterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung war für unseren Kurztrip nach Ontinyent genau richtig. Sehr sehr saubere Unterkunft, ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem ist man in 5-10 Minuten Fußweg in der City. Ana und Vincent sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter und haben bei Verständigungsschwierigkeiten (spanisch und englisch) noch ein Ass im Ärmel: die Tochter spricht perfekt deutsch :-) Ana thank you for beeing in your penthouse
