Our flat is located in a welcoming residence with lift, custodian, spacious garden and pools for adults and children, only 50mt from the beach. This ground-floor apartment features a living/dining area with a sofa bed, a kitchen corner, a bedroom with a double plus a single bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a shower box. It boasts a large, enclosed, and equipped patio. Suitable for up to 5 guests. Equipped with TV, washing machine, microwave, and one uncovered and numbered parking spot.

*The property is not equipped with sheets, towels, blankets and linen in general.
