Situated adjacent to the traditional 13th century farmhouse that was once a hive of activity with in this Cornish community. This charming holiday cottage has been refurbished with a cosy wood-burning stove and a lovely south-facing patio and lawned area for taking in the famous Cornish sunsets whilst enjoying some al fresco dining.
Stepping inside, the cosy seating in the sitting room is the perfect place to rest after a day of exploring this wonderful area. The whisper soft king-size beds in both bedrooms encourage a peaceful night's sleep, whilst the well-equipped kitchen invites lazy breakfasts with a country-farmhouse style dining table; the handy dishwasher makes clean up a breeze. With a wide variety of modern amenities including indulgent power showers, mobile-operated central heating, remote-control blinds, WiFi and more, you can enjoy all the comforts of home in a location that is truly spectacular.
Blending harmoniously into the Cornish landscape, Little Gull is just a short stroll from the many lakes of Roserrow where you can enjoy a peaceful walk, feed the ducks, or carry on to the Point clubhouse where you can enjoy facilities including an 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, a leisure centre, spa and restaurant.
