Luxurious 4 Bedroom Condo in Downtown Cabo and Medano Beach

This exquisite luxury condo only a block from Medano beach, restaurants, shops, and Cabo’s world famous nightlife. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a full 10’ balcony that opens out of the unit to our beautiful courtyard and pool. The finishes are top notch.

You won’t be disappointed.

This condo adjoins another exquisite 3 bedroom 3 bath unit making this the only 7 bedroom 7 bath condominium in the complex and in the downtown Cabo area.

No need to rent a car, just a taxi ride to and from the airport and we can arrange transportation for you at an additional cost. We are located near the Puerto Paraiso Entertainment Plaza, the largest mall and entertainment complex in Baja California, and only a block away from Medano Beach, the best beach in Cabo. Enjoy all of the water activities including wave runners, kayaks, swimming, parasailing or even a water taxi to Lovers' Beach. Relax and enjoy a drink and the Baja sun in a lounge chairs at one of the many beach bars. If fishing is your favorite pastime, we are also located minutes from Cabo’s incredible marina where world-class fishing or sunset tours are waiting for you, or enjoy world-class golf at one of the many courses located in the Cabo area. Cabo is a safe and wonderful place to relax and take life a little slower and let your stress melt away, or for those seeking adventure it’s just right around the corner.

The Condominium amenities include: wifi in each unit, filtered water, clean linens and towels, fully furnished, balconies, secure complex with an amazing center courtyard and one of the largest pools in downtown Cabo. For an additional charge there are several services available and include: in room massage services, additional daily cleaning, room service from Serrano’s Tequila and Wine located in the lobby of the main building, transportation arrangements, local fishing charters, sunset cruise charters, room stocking services before your arrival, activities on jetskis and surrounding areas, and many more just ask our booking department.

Very nice joined condos on sixth floor. Our family stayed for 6 days through New Years. The kitchens are very nice, the couches are deep and easy to relax on. The view from the balcony is amazing and they have a grill for barbecuing. We would return to this property.

Beautiful 4-bedroom condo, super Cabo location

We loved this beautiful 4-bedroom condo with its lovely large terrace overlooking the well-maintained courtyard and pool of Marina Sol. The location is perfect - easy walking distance to Medano Beach, the Marina, the shopping mall and all of the downtown restaurants and bars. The unit itself is recently renovated and very attractive. The roomy indoor great room is spacious and inviting and the kitchen is well-equipped. There are four bedrooms each with a king-bed as well as four bathrooms so it was perfect for our group of four couples. It also adjoins a three-bedroom unit which can be rented to accommodate larger groups. We appreciated being on the main floor so we didn't have to use the elevator. The unit is conveniently located next to Serrano's Tequila and Wine Bar where we ocassionally enjoyed dinner and drinks in an upscale atmosphere that provides a welcome change of pace. Both the condo and restaurant staff were extremely helpful which we appreciated as this was our first visit to Cabo. We enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to return.

GORGEOUS CONDOS IN PERFECT LOCATION!!!

Condos are even larger and better than the photos!! Beautiful, new and upgraded - stocked with everything you need. Huge connected patios are amazing for big groups like ours. This location is absolutely perfect!! Right in the middle of everything and close to everything you want to do. Only 1 block to the beach, shopping, restaurants, marina and nightclubs... no car needed... couldn't ask for a better location, and perfect for large groups - everyone can walk wherever they want to go! Cabo has more activities than you can do in a week or two - and for all age groups! We highly recommend and will be back again soon. Owner and on site office friendly, helpful and prompt to respond. Will definitely be back soon!! Thanks again for a great holiday with family and friends!!
