Casa Mia - A Murcia Holiday Rentals Property

Luxury detached 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with its own private pool and south facing garden. For outdoor entertaining there is a patio dining area and a private rooftop sun-terrace. The villa is approx. 25 metres from the tennis courts. The villa has cable TV with all 5 English Channels, DVD etc. fully equipped kitchen Inc. dishwasher/washing machine. My villa is one of the few that has a very mature garden with 2 meter hedges around the complete perimeter. The villa is one of only eight villas in the street. Many villas are in a long row and not very private. The location on the resort is second to none. Pool chairs are provided, free Wi-Fi Internet, large gas Barbecue, flat screen TV and Nintendo Wii. The property is just ten minute walk along the 10th hole to the town centre

Please note 4 singles are made up as one double and two singles but there is linen for 4 singles if required. There is also an inflatable single bed.

A stunning Jack Nicklaus designed 18 Hole Golf course.

La Torre has a town centre with numerous bars and restaurants, a large supermarket and an intercontinental hotel.

Our guests staying at La Torre also have the added benefit of our fully staffed office at the resort, where you can get assistance, advice and recommendations, as well as help with any aspect of your travel or accommodations. Our staff speak Spanish, English, French and Arabic.

Nice location

The walk from the villa to the on resort bars restaurants and super market is an easy nice 15 min walk, we had a car which was handy for heavier items, beer and water ect, Roldan is about 25 min walk, which sounds maybe a lot, but it didn’t seem it to us, a straight road, and pavement all the way.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Woche in diesem Haus. An einigen Ecken besteht allerdings renovierungsbedarf. Die Küche war nicht im besten hygienischen Zustand und bei Ankunft musste erstmal eine neue Kaffemaschine her und der Grill funktionierte nicht. Beides wurde umgehend durch die Betreuung vor Ort behoben. Der Pool wurde nur einmal wöchentlich gereinigt, was unseres erachtens zu wenig ist. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit liebt, ist hier richtig. Man hat absolute Privatsphäre. Sehr schöne Golfanlage, mit Tennisplätzen und öffentlichen Pools, die man ebenfalls nutzen kann.
