The fully air-conditioned detached villa with private plunge pool, rooftop solarium and unobstructed views of the countryside, orange groves and mountain is situated on a quiet road on the 5 star Mar Menor Golf Resort with 24/7 security, only 5 minute walk from resort cafes, restaurants, bars and 5 star hotel with spa. 25 minutes from the new Corvera Airport (1 hr Alicante).

The villa comprises relaxing lounge dining room with outside covered dining patio, fully equipped kitchen (full size fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toastie maker, toaster), 2 bedrooms (1 en suite, 1 double and 1 twin, both with fan ceiling lights + A/C), paved sun terrace with 3m diameter plunge pool and full rooftop solarium (with BBQ, dining table, lounge suite and sunloungers). Wifi and cable TV with 250 channels. Air conditioning in lounge and both bedrooms (both bedrooms also have ceiling fan lights). 5 other golf courses within a 20 minute drive of the resort.

Only a 5 minute walk from the 5 star on site Hotel with Spa, restaurants and bars, clubhouse for the Jack Nicklaus designed course. The newly built, bigger and better resort supermarket offers a large range of produce and is next to the resort's main Torre Pacheco gate.

My wife and I have just returned from a weeks holiday in the lovely villa. We have stayed in quite a few properties in MMGR but this home has been one of the most tranquil. Communication with the owner and property manager was excellent. Minor hiccups dealt with immediately by Rosanne. I recommend this property without reservation.

We have stayed at this villa over the past few years and are already looking to re-book for next year. The villa is set within a hotel and golf course complex which has a feel good factor and is a very aesthetically pleasing environment. Close at hand are the golf course, hotel, bars, restaurants and an on site shop. There is a very good road network giving access to many areas for you to explore. The accommodation is very comfortable and of a high standard and it is apparent that owner makes every effort to make sure your stay is, as undemanding and pleasant as possible. Would we recommend this property to others, without doubt.

Super séjour à la Villa de Ros, avec qui la communication a été très fluide. Maison conforme en tous points à l’annonce, piscine propre et bien protégée (merci pour la barrière!), villa bien équipée avec la clim partout. A noter qu’elle est située dans un complexe de golf à une dizaine de minutes de la Mar Menor. Très bon rapport qualité-prix

Another fabulous stay

Having stayed at this villa before our decision to return was a very easy one to make. The accommodation provides all you require and more when you are away from home. The owner has ensured that the booking process is easy and straight forward and provides all the necessary information and contact details for to you to arrive safely, without any worries (you are also provided contact details of representatives of the owner should you require any support whilst you are there). In conclusion I would rate my experiences of this villa and that of the owner and representatives as exceeding my expectations. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

We had an absolutely tremendous week in the villa, from day 1 until we had to sadly leave it was perfect, a genuine home away from home. Just returned from a 2 week holiday at the villa. Everything just as advertised, and just brilliant for us. Total sun trap all day. Pool perfect for a cool down. Great location, just 15 minutes walk from the supermarket, on site bars and restaurants closer still. Both Ros the owner and David the manager couldn't have been more helpful. Bonjour Rosanne, Nous avons passé à agréable séjour dans votre villa à Torre-Pachéco. Nous et les enfants ont apprécié le confort et l'ambiance paisible de la propriété. C'est l'endroit rêvé pour qui cherche le calme et la sécurité. Il y a plusieurs commerce et restauration à proximité de la villa et la mer n'est que à quelque kilomètre en voiture. Torrevieja et Alicante sont également à visiter ainsi que Carthagène pour ses ruines Romaine. Nous remercions également David pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Another fabulous week

Having stayed at this villa last year and being so impressed by the ease of booking, the standard of the accomodation, the location the ability to deal with an English speaking property manager we had no hesitation in booking for a second visit. If you are looking for a peaceful location where you can do what you like, when you like and if you like, this is the perfect place. The villa is very well located in a quiet part of a secure hotel/golf complex with easy access to airports, local towns and beaches and much more. We are already looking at dates to return next year.

We enjoyed a relaxing few days at the villa which has plenty of room for up to four people. The garden is private and we made good use of the roof terrace. Off road parking is a positive. The villa is close to bars and restaurants and the golf resort is well kept with plenty of security. We would definitely book the villa again.

Excellent villa for a relaxing holiday

Villa was very well resourced, everything needed for a relaxing two week holiday. There was nothing we did not enjoy and would consider staying in this villa again if we return next year. We are familiar with the resort as we have stayed here a number of times in previous years. Everything needed was on site including a well-stocked supermarket. A car is not essential as there are restaurants and a large swimming pool on site but is needed if you wish to explore. The current airport is about a 15 minute drive away.

Great villa for a sunny get away!

Villa as described in the listing, clean and well equipped. Greeting on arrival very helpful but no problems during our stay so no need to bother them again! Booking easy and owner quick to respond as well as being helpful. Resort well developed with plenty of good restaurants and now larger supermarket. Would recommend!
