Please come and spend your holidays in complete safety and all peace in this amazing villa in the warmest and safest region of Spain.
No car needed. Near to beaches, luxurious and modern new villa for 2 at 8 adults of 1615 sq ft (150 m²), south facing, one level, entirely independent, enclosed and wonderful garden of 6500 sq ft (600 m²), very large private heated pool (10 m x 4 m). The heating of the pool will be programmed at 28° in off-season (with an additional cost between €150 and €220/week depending the season). A large ping pong table will also be at your disposal in the garden.
The property is located in the peaceful upmarket Spanish Town of Santiago De La Ribera, situated on the Costa Calida, between Alicante & Cartagena, just 25 minutes from the Brand New International Airport Murcia Region (RMU) and 45mn from Alicante airport (ALC).
Blessed by a Mediterranean climate, there are around 315 days of sun per year. Just a 10 min stroll (500m) from the sandy beaches, as well as many restaurants, bars and food shops (Lidl, Aldi, Spar, Mercadona...) all just a short walk away. Golfs at 5 kms.
This spacious open plan villa, boasts a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, large fridge freezer and coffee machine (Nespresso), large dining area and living room with a 55 inch Smart TV with English channels and DVD player.
Free Superfast Fibre Optic Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the Villa.
- 4 large double bedrooms: 2 with king size (180x200), 1 with queen size (160x200), 1 with 2 single beds (90x190).
(Travel cot, baby bath, playpen and high chair available on request)
- In the living room, a sofa bed (140x190).
- 2 bathrooms with each a very large walk-in shower including one with a washing machine and a dryer.
You can take your meals outdoors or you will also find a outdoor kitchen with a very large gas plancha. To enjoy the sun and for your comfort, 8 sun loungers with parasols and pergolas are at your disposal around the very large private heated pool with an solar shower.
For convenience there is a small bathroom with toilet and washbasin near the pool.
A hire car is not necessary but if you do have cars, they can be parked (2) inside the property, on the side of the villa.
The property also has an alarm system and 2 safes to deposit your valuables and in order to allow you to lighten your luggage as much as possible, all the linen is provided, sheets, towels as well as Beach towels. We have done our utmost to ensure you have a great sunny holiday and feel at home and in total security. The keys will be handed to you on site by the owners who live 2 km from the villa and who will be at your disposal during your stay in case of need.

Marie and Franck were fantastic hosts, friendly and welcoming and gave a lot of information at check in and also throughout our stay about local events/restaurants etc. We had the pool heated and used it almost everyday, It's a really good sized pool to get a swim done, the pool is really well maintained by Franck. The villa was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, nothing was too much trouble for Marie and Franck. Very enjoyable stay and we would like to book again in the future, Recommended 5*

We have just returned from a wonderful week staying here. The villa was amazing and the outside space was great and very big. The pool was wonderful much bigger than the pictures. There were supermarkets just 10 minutes up the road you can walk too along with the beach, bars and restaurants close by all within walking distance. Marie and Frank were lovely waiting to welcome us and also left us a great welcome hamper. They were on hand to answer any questions. We will be back.

This is the best villa we have ever stayed in. Marie and Franck are the kindest people meeting us, sorting transfers and would be there in an instance if we had needed anything. The villa was fully equiped with everything you could need and much more with an exceptional pool and outdoor area. We didn't need the TV or any of the books or games provided as we spent all our time outside eating, cooking and relaxing. We will definitely be returning again which is something we never do. Plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, places to get coffee right on the beach.

Very nice villa for a big family

We had a very nice week in the villa as a family of 7 ranging from age 17 to 79. Villa was very clean and well appointed with everything you would need. The outdoor area was great - big pool, gas BBQ, table tennis etc. Marie the owner was helpful and welcoming and answered all our questions promptly - she also booked us a taxi from the airport and left some basis food for breakfast we were arriving late at night. There are a few restaurants within a short walk or more near the beach which is around 15 mins walk. We could drive to a number of golf courses which were absolutely stunning and reasonably priced for Spain. Many thanks for a great holiday!

Villa Carabela

The Villa was perfect for us. There were 7 of us aged between 1 and 81 and we had everything we needed, all appliances are of a high standard. The location is great too, not a tourist hot-spot but plenty of good bars and restaurants. Everyone loved the pool which seemed to be the perfect size.

Great villa with everything you could need and Marie and Franck were very helpful and friendly. The taxis organised by the hosts were all on time and reasonably priced. Would love to come again. The pool was heated to a good temperature.

A wonderful 3 generation holiday!A really spacious villa. Spotlessly clean. Very well equipped with everything you could need, including a big outside fridge freezer! Loads of outside space, chairs, tables and sun beds. Large, clean pool, which the grandchildren spent nearly all holiday in!A quiet residential area, which felt really safe. A small, but well stocked supermarket 2 minutes walk away, which does lovely cooked chicken. Lovely popular restaurant 5 mins walk away. Seafront, with a wide sandy beach and many bars and restaurants a 10/15 minute stroll away.Marie, the owner always on hand, for any queries. We had a great holiday and will return for sure….

Beautiful Villa with a great pool

We’ve just returned from a 11 night stay at this villa, two families with children ranging from 10yo to 20 months. What a great place to stay, the villa has everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked, the outdoor kitchen was a great addition. We opted to have the pool heated and were so glad we did, the children rarely left it! The rooms were all nice with very comfortable beds and soft furnishings. Marie and Francke were great hosts, sorting our transfers from the airport and on hand with any queries we had. The villa is in a great location with an Aldi and Lidl within walking distance and a slightly longer walk the other way to the beach. I would recommend this villa to anyone seeking a place for a family get together.

Fabulous villa

This villa is fantastic. Spacious, light and airy with so many touches to make it comfortable. I don't think we've ever had a better equipped villa. And the pool is wonderful. Not many places have pools as big. Marie and Franck were the best hosts. Marie even gave us a lift to our next stay. We are definitely looking to return.

Amazing Villa

Just got home from a fabulous 10 nights at this great Villa. Marie and Franke are lovely hosts and very welcoming even arranging a birthday cake for my husband’s birthday. The pool is a good size with steps to enter. There is an Aldi and Lidl 10 minutes walk and the beach is within walking distance too. We are hoping to return. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Fantastic from start to finish. Communication with Marie was great, we were even able to get into the villa a little bit earlier. The villa was spotlessly clean and had some brilliant little touches such as dishwasher tablets, washing pods & conditioner, hand soap and a little welcome pack in the fridge. The pool area was excellent with plenty room to spread out and the gas grill plate was well used, so much better than a barbeque (and easier to clean!!). its unusual to get such a large Villa within walking distance of all shops, bars and also the sea. Marie gave us some tips on places to eat and things to do, a truly wonderful host. We discovered Santiago De La Ribera in June when we were staying in Los Alcazares and having found this beautiful villa we will definitely stay here again. We have stayed in mant Villas and apartments all over Spain and this is by far the best one we have ever stayed in, thank you Marie for letting us have your fantastic Villa
