El Convento offers a tranquil haven with beautiful landscaped gardens surrounding an inviting heated, salt water pool. This villa is within walking distance of a number of blue flag beaches, the nearest being only 150m away. The stunning blue coastline sprawls out in every direction with a beautiful sea view from the thrilling third floor terrace where you can and experience the views of Cabo Roig.
Inside El Convento, comtemporary designer furniture complement the style of the vila, with El Convento boasting six comfortable, air conditioned bedrooms each with a cheerful splash of colour creating a warm and welcoming ambience. Parties of up to 12 people can be comfortably accommodated.
El Convento is a fully serviced luxury villa providing housekeeping*, full breakfast, (plus additional cooking service where required at additional cost).
Private beautifully landscaped gardens with a grand Japanese Rock Garden surround the stunning villa offering and offer a great chance to entertain or simply enjoy the Spanish sun.
El Convento has a private, optionally-heated sea salt water pool, suitable for use all year.

Arrived at the gorgeous villa to be greeted by Naomi, she showed us around and explained everything. The villa is 10/10. Nothing was too much and 12 adults had the best time. As it was a friends 60th we organised Naomi to sort food, this was exceptional and she really is a great host for the owners.Would def book again.Thanks Lisa and Friends

What a fabulous stay at this beautiful Villa

We have just returned from a three night stay, at this beautiful Villa. We came here for a Hen Party, and we had an absolutely fabulous stay!! The housekeeper was fantastic, and we never wanted to leave!! Be warned though, one of the bedrooms is very small - can just about get two single beds in it, but realistically, it’s a single room

Really wonderful stay in Cabo Roig with our family of 5 and our friends family of 5. 4 adults and 6 kids in total aged 6-12. The property is great and the pictures online we felt undersold it. Location is great for walks and runs with the strip only a 10 min stroll away. Just a short drive away was some really nice areas a bit more up market than the strip which we enjoyed too. Naomi the housekeeper is amazing and there whenever we needed something. Only downside was the water pressure in the showers and the tumble dryer kept tripping the electrics, luckily warm enough we lived without it. Nothing that would stop us returning we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful villa

We were blown away by the beauty of this villa! The kids loved playing in the pool and having table tennis tournaments! It was a short walk to the beach and the strip with all the restaurants and bars. Perfect location. Naomi is a lovely person and her cooking was restaurant quality! Easy to book, communication with the host was seamless. Highly recommend!

Fabulous holiday

We had an amazing stay at this villa. Naomi the housekeeper is amazing and her BBQ was fabulous. We had a couple of little issues that were dealt with extremely quickly and did not affect our stay. We would recommend this villa for large families it’s very spacious and clean. It had everything you need for a great holiday thank you!

A great multi generational holiday

The Villa is outstanding we had the best stay here and everything was exactly as advertised. Communication with Robin was excellent always answered very quickly. Naomi what can I say about Naomi. What a wonderful person, the service she provided was second to none she is definitely an asset to the property. We would definitely book again if we were coming back to this area of Spain.

A great Villa with all the extras

Smart, tidy and very modern. It was a perfect place for a family to stay. It had all the things you need in a home so you just needed to go to the supermarket for food, and it wasn’t very far away! Fairly close to several beaches, all walkable within 5-10mins max. All rooms are as billed. The child rooms are small but that worked for us. Adult rooms had everything you needed. Bathrooms were in good condition and worked well. Kitchen and living was superb as well as the pool area. Housekeeper was great and explained everything well. And was on time when meeting us and very flexible.

Wonderful holiday in Cabo Roig

We had a lovely stay, 10 of us all different ages. The house was perfect for us all and in a great location. Just a 13 min (hot) walk to the strip where there were lots of restaurants. The beach just a few mins walk away was beautiful and you could just walk into the sea. Amazing! Naomi prepared a BBQ for us at the end of our holiday which we had pre arranged which was a perfect end to our holiday. We only wished we had asked her to do it sooner as we would have asked her to do it again. Could do with a few more sun beds around the pool which worked as a few didn’t and the table tennis table needed a bit of attention, we did let Naomi know though and she came round that evening to look. We arranged the transfers through Robin too and all worked perfectly. A great holiday in a stunning house! Thank upu

We enjoyed it here

This is a stunning property but has its limitations for 12 guests. The kitchen is very well equipped and cooking facilities are great. The living areas are extensive and the pool is nice but the pool chairs are in various states of repair. However the bedrooms and bathrooms feel like an after thought in the design process and there really was not enough room for all 12 of us. The bedrooms are not detailed in the description, so there are 2 small doubles, 1 small true twin and 2 rooms with pull out under beds that just take up all the available space and were not comfortable. There are 3 bathrooms to share between 12 people and no ensuites. The sleeping and bathroom facilities let it down and for that reason we won't come back although we visit this area as a family each year (grown up kids) and the location is great - close to the beach and walking distance to the strip.

Wir haben eine super schöne Zeit in der Villa verbracht. Das Haus und der Garten sind wirklich wunderschön. Leider fehlten uns ein paar Sonnenliegen am Pool, aber es gab noch Stühle. Der Service durch Naomi, der Houskeeperin, war grandios!!!!!

La casa es preciosa y esta muy bien cuidada, muy completa y acondicionada. La persona de contacto es encantadora. Por sacarle alguna pega, creo q deberían de publicar fotos de las habitaciones, ya q fuimos 6 parejas y 2 habitaciones , al montar las dos camas juntas , quedaron muy peqñas y sin armarios. Estabamos tan a gusto con el resto de la casa q no nos importo, pero si q nos hubiese gustado saber con q nos ibamos a encontrar. Resumiendo… la recomiendo y me encantaría repetir.
