The villa is an amazing property. There were only 11 of us and a baby but unless there were other small children i wouldnt have wanted any more. There is a shortage of bathrooms, which was ok with the number we had.The games room and pool are wonderful, and so close to the beach and walkable to restaurants at La Zenia.

Fabulous large Villa. Perfect for family gathering.

We rented this villa as we were three families getting together to celebrate our mum's birthday. We were always excited about staying here due to the games room, pool, space and proximity to the beach. The villa did not disappoint. It was very clean and really well equipped. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and can't wait to return!

Fantastic family villa perfect location

We had a fantastic holiday with our family of 17, the villa is right next to the beach and is spacious with amazing view of the beach snd close to many bars and restaurants. It is in need of some TLC and bathrooms are needing replaced also outdoor furniture is very grotty wouldnt take much to make this place fabulous just needs a bit of reinvestment

Excellent place to stay

Lovely house with great facilities in a fantastic location. There was a little hair in the upstairs shower and the kettle tripped the electricity but no real issues. The property manager was very helpful and communicated with us regularly but the VRBO chat only worked occasionally on my phone while we were there and so I was not always able to reply.

Family reunion

Had a lovely holiday all the family enjoyed it and the villa is in such a lovely location it was well equipped and the host was very helpful all instructions were easy to follow and when contacted replied quickly. The only issue we had was the outside furniture at the back of the villa was very worn including the sun beds which had no covers they could do with replacing .But definitely would stay again.

Amazing Holiday for all the family

Accommodation was perfect and accommodated all 12 and 2 infants. Grandparents slept on ground floor as cannot climb stairs. Swimming Pool was fabulous for all including the BBQ. Games room was great for the evening and the Accommodation was only a minute walk from the beach so we could also catch the early morning sunrise. We all had a fabulous time and made some amazing memories....will be returning.

Family holiday

Villa was spot on really nice and spacious. Unfortunately we git told 3 days before our stay that there was street work happening, which was concerning with two pushchairs and one wheelchair and when we arrived the whole of the street road and sidewalks where all dug up . Was not happy but not to blame work has to be done. But the villa i would definitely book again amazing

Perfekt location

We had appreciate a coffeemaker(not capsel) in the kitchen, all scandinavians likes filter coffee. Why not have a book with instructions for tv and a map. Recommeded restaurangs, shops, taxistation(number to taxi) that will help guests a lot. The house is perfekt for big families and has a perfekt playground in the Basement with tabletennis, dart, billiards and football. We enjoy our stay and can recommend the house. We were 8 adults (3 generations)

Golf trip 2023

We arrived to be extremely pleasantly surprised by how good the house was. We had 2 very minor problems whilst there 1was the microwave packed up. But when I reported it to the manager he said someone would be round the next day and they were so that was great. 2 the kettle died on us and although he was happy to replace it, we wouldn’t wait until the next morning (our impatience). Other than that definitely would want to stay there again. Than you Carlos for making our week even better than expected.

Cannot recommend highly enough!

We had the most fantastic time, what a villa and what a location! So close to the beach, no need to drag a tonne of stuff down to the beach for the day you can easily pop back to the villa if you need anything, perfect for those with kids. Gated pool was perfect for us as we had three little ones under 5 with us. The villa was beautifully clean and well presented. Great space. The games room in the basement kept everyone entertained of an evening, would be brilliant if you had teens and young kids, little ones could sleep upstairs undisturbed as any noise stays down in the basement. As other reviews have stated, I would agree maybe some more shade and updated pool furniture would be beneficial as the loungers had been obviously repaired a few times. But that said this would definitely not put me off from staying again. Such a fantastic, spacious villa, in fact we’ve been looking into rebooking only two days after leaving.

Beautiful huge house in a great location

An absolutely amazing house. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s huge. It’s also very well equipped with enough kitchen pots for 20 people. The things I would have liked to known before we arrived: -ground floor is all on one air con setting with vents in every room, very quiet. The same goes for the 1st floor. The top floor 2 bedrooms each have their own air con units. -bathrooms: ground floor has a toilet and sink. Family bathroom on the first floor has toilet, bath and shower cubicle. En-suite has toilet and corner bath with shower head. Top floor 1 bedroom has an en suite with toilet and shower unit. -swimming pool is huge but very deep. I could only stand up for about a metre of it. The kids couldn’t touch the floor at all, luckily they can swim and we took inflatables with us. Casa manola restaurant is a 2 minute walk away and is amazing with everything from paella, to pasta, to pizza. 10 minute walk to the supermarket.

We arrived on 23rd August, house as being cleaned. Left luggage and looked around area. The pool was dirty, pool surround not clean and dirty, broken Sun beds and chairs. Contacted owner regarding dirty pool and that it could not be used as scum was floating on surface. Unable to use pool until Tuesday due to dirty pool. Pool man came on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday to try to clean pool. Filter was disgusting. Appeared not to have been cleaned regularly. Air conditioning not working, again reported to owner. Air con technician attended Monday 25th. Filter was cleaned, again maintenance poor. photos of pool, air con and outside furniture attached. We had two young children very disappointed as unable to use pool. I informed owner we would be seeking a partial refund due to the disgusting pool condition. External grass area, very long, on one occasion had to clear up dog muck! Not acceptable. Outside maintenance very poor. Internal parts of property clean and acceptable apart from the air con. Air con did work all week in part of property. Photos taken and attached. Please advise re refund process. Due to loss of pool use we are seeking 500e. Description of surrounding area good. I have more photos if necessary.

Vi har hyrt detta hus tidigare och alla(15 personer ) ville tillbaka. Huset är fint och läget fantastiskt. Passar mycket bra för generationsboende och flera familjer. Denna gång fanns problem med el och AC pga ett åskoväder som värden försökte lösa. Värden är lätt att få kontakt med.

Takk for leieoppholdet. Vi setter pris på at vi fikk leie huset, men vi ønsker å gi en ærlig tilbakemelding på noen forhold vi dessverre var skuffet over.I forkant av oppholdet tok vi kontakt for å forsikre oss om at utemøblene var oppgradert, da tidligere gjester hadde kommentert negativt på dette. Vi informerte også om at flere i reisefølget er eldre og har behov for god sittekomfort. Du forsikret oss om at vi ikke trengte å bekymre oss, og at utemøbler og huset var av god standard.Dessverre opplevde vi det ikke slik da vi ankom. Uteområdet bar preg av lite vedlikehold:Flisene rundt bassenget var skitne,Utemøblene var gamle plastmøbler som var ubehagelige å sitte i,Solsengene manglet puter/madrasser og var dermed ubrukelige til soling – i tillegg var noen sprukket i plasten.Dette står i kontrast til det vi ble fortalt og forventet.Andre forhold vi reagerte på:Ingen utstyr tilgjengelig for strandbruk (kjølebag, stoler, parasoll), noe som er standard mange steder.Kjelleren hadde omtrent 10 cm vann på gulvet og var helt ubrukelig.Stakittgjerdet rundt eiendommen var rustent flere steder, og gelender på altanen var skittent og tilgrodd.Kommoden på hovedsoverommet avslørte mye støv og smuss bak – tydelig at det ikke har vært rengjort der på lenge.Toalettpapir måtte stå på gulvet, da ingen bad hadde toalettrullholdere – enkle detaljer som likevel betyr mye.Etter å ha leid feriehus via private utleiere tidligere, opplever vi at de ofte har bedre oversikt
