Family trip

We had a wonderful time and David is a great hosts. We stayed for 10 days and the location is great, near the beach and restaurants. It was just perfect for us.

Great house near the beach

There were 12 of us in the property and we had a wonderful vacation. The house is super divided and outside a dream with pool and outdoor kitchen, with everything you need. To the beach you need about 5 min walk. The pool was cleaned during our Aufenteilt. The communication was perfect. Highly recommended accommodation.

Very helpful agent

The property had adequate space, was a little cluttered from what I assume previous guests had left (shampoo bottles, toothpaste, etc) and we had a few issues with ants downstairs but nothing too serious. We had an issue with wifi which we tried a lot of troubleshooting with for a few days but in the end we had an engineer come out to fix the antenna. The pool has just been refurbished so that was lovely although we had visits from gardeners 3 times during the week and someone for the pool to refill it which we weren’t expecting. I let the agent know. Also the outside area paving is a bit wobbly, no problem for us but may be an issue for someone with mobility difficulties. Location is brilliant for the beaches and if you’re happy to walk for 10/15 mins you can reach bars/restaurants and supermarkets. However taxis are hard to come by at times, there seems to only be one main company operating there. We did manage to visit La Zenia Boulevard a few times which is great for shopping and eating. I recommend going to Playa Flamenca market which is every Saturday - fruit, veg, pastry, hot food, clothes, bags, household items, everything really! The weather is beautiful even for April - it said approx 20 degrees most of the week but it felt more like late 20s most days. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back. We had 7 adults, 2 teens and 4 children and it was spacious enough for us.

bowlers trip

We were over on a bowling holiday and found the villa excellent. So convenient to the beach and other amenities. Lovely private grounds with a large pool area. Hopefully we will be back.
