Ground floor villa located on a private plot of 2500 m2 and consists of a swimming pool, lawn, orchard, pine forest, playground
basketball basket and net for badminton parking area, terrace and barbecue

The house contains 5 bedrooms, a living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with disabled access)
, porch and terrace with barbecue. It has air conditioning in all rooms, mosquito nets on the windows,
ceiling fans and wifi.

SITUATION
House located in a quiet area of Formentera del Segura (Alicante) 50m from Bar-Restaurant, 200m from the supermarket and
500m from the town.
Very close to the fast track that connects the Mediterranean Highway (A-7) with the beaches of Guardamar del Segura,
Santa Pola, Torrevieja and coastal towns with magnificent sandy beaches with blue flag (5 minutes from the house)
Alicante Airport about 35km (40 min) and Murcia Airport about 50km (55 minutes)

Great location, 5 mins from the supermarket, 5 mins from a selection of restaurants, you will need a car, private location, outside eating, I took my own fire stick, great Internet connection, fantastic pool, great kitchen, playground for the children, a fantastic find, we used the pool every day & every night, barbecue available for cooking outside, every thing needed for a trouble free holiday, the balcony had bolts on the gates to keep the children in, the pool had a fence to keep the children out it felt safe. Air con if needed.

La zona donde se encuentra mi casa es muy tranquila a escaso kilómetro y medio del pueblo más cercano, entiendo que para vosotros eso haya podido ser un inconveniente ya que no alquilasteis coche. Aun así hay un servicio estupendo de supermercado con entrega a domicilio que puede abastecerte durante todas tus vacaciones. Great family holiday in a beautiful villa

PePa Vacation house is a very big and beautiful villa. It isspacious, and very well equipped. The outside is great for everybody to enjoy. The owners maintained the pool every day and was great fun for the children. Close to the village and a lot of orange trees are surrounding the house. We felt very welcome and would recommend the house anytime!

Fantastic holiday home

This holiday home is spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The outside space fantastic for all the family to enjoy. The pool looked very inviting and was maintained every day by the owners. I have booked again for September & should be able to enjoy the pool. The location suited us very well, it is in a very peaceful location but close enough to walk into the village and about 10 minutes drive to the coast. The owners are lovely people and very accommodating. Looking forward to my return visit.

Great accommodation for a family holiday

The property was lovely and well equipped both in the house and also in the garden - pool and play areas for children. We visited as a family of 6 adults and one toddler. The only slightly minor detail was the pool is not heated and with the weather not being particularly warm leading up to our visit the pool was a little cold for the toddler so he could only stay in for short periods before he got cold. had the visit been later in the summer I'm sure the water would have been a lot warmer and perfectly fine.

The villa was fantastic, everything we needed. The pool and facilities were great

Everybody had a brilliant time, the villa was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed and more, the pool and facilities are great. Natalia the host is very friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had very quickly and did everything she could to help. I would strongly recommend a car, there are restaurants and bars within walking distance but it’s a bit too far to walk, especially when it’s hot and taxis are very hard to book, I found most drivers very rude, they would just say no and hang up which I found very frustrating, again Natalia offered options for other numbers but still very hard getting around without a car albeit this is my only complaint because other than that we couldn’t have asked for anything more and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday

Fabulous Villa

The PePa Villa is wonderful, located in a superb spot. It is 30 mins from Alicante airport, 10 mins from the beach and 5 mins from the nearest supermarket and choice of restaurants (by car). The Villais spacious, clean and has wonderful amenities not least the wifi, air con and huge fridge on the veranda.The garden is lush and the basketball hoop was played with many times, the pool is wonderful and very suitable for all ages, we had a super time in and around it. Our family group had a wonderful time here and Natalia the host is just a pleasure, super friendly, responsive and accommodating. She thoughtfully provided a welcome pack of drinks and a pizza along with recommendations of nearby super markets and good restaurants. We had a mishap and Natalia was incredibly gracious in helping us. I would absolutely recommend PePa Villa and we hope to come back soon!

We had an amazing time at this property. Definitely a 10 out of 10, it’s a lovely, spacious Villa with lots of outside space. I would highly recommend hiring a car. Natalia provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around on arrival. Before we arrived, there was good contact between us and we had to change our dates and Natalia was very accommodating. The Villa was very tidy and lovely and it was equipped with everything you need. Natalia is a great host and there if you needed her, she checked in with a message as well to see if everything was OK and if we needed anything. They came into maintain the swimming pool regularly for the two weeks we were there and we never even heard them. We had young children with us and it felt safe to just let them Play outside without worrying because there are secure boundaries around the villa. I could not rate this Villa highly enough and would definitely recommend staying there. The pictures on the site does not do the Villa justice as we were amazed by the size and beauty of the place.

Best villa we've ever stayed at!

I organise a yearly holiday for a family of 11 in different parts of Spain or Portugal, including young teenagers right through to pensioners. Right from the start, Natalia at Pepa Vacation property, could not have been more warm and helpful, with her information and prompt replies to a multitude of questions. On arrival, she was there to greet us, along with a young local girl, Maria, who acted as a translator and showed us around the house. We were provided with fresh pastries and a bucket of ice-cold drinks, which were much appreciated after arriving to temperatures of near 40 degrees. We have been holidaying in little villages around Spain and Portugal as a family, for 8 years now, and we were unanimous in thinking that Pepa was by far the nicest villa we had stayed in. The property is just off a quite busy intersection, but you wouldn't know it, as we didn't hear a sound the whole holiday, except for the crickets and the laughs of the children playing in the pool, thanks to the high trees and hedges that surround the property. The place is stunningly laid out, with a beautiful garden, and ample areas for relaxation and games. The pool was beautiful and well-maintained. At night, it was lovely sitting outside at the long family dinner table (how often do you see a villa advertised for 11/12 people and there is only a table that fits 7 or 8), listening to music and knowing you weren't disturbing anyone, as there is plenty of privacy with the nearby properties all well spaced out. Inside, the villa was immaculate, and tastefully furnished, with all the facilities you will need. You can tell Natalia takes great pride in the property. It is a 15/20 minute stroll into the centre of town, but there are several bars and café's along the road to break the journey up. The town was more than adequate for our needs, with two large supermarkets and the usual bakeries, pharmacies etc. The local people are very friendly. Natalia was there to see us off early on our departure with warm words and a hug. We really could not have been more impressed with the property and Natalia. We found it to be great value for money, and if you're looking to get away from it all, but still like to be within walking distance to local amenities, then Pepa is the place for you. The only downside is that it is already booked for next August! Tip: ask Natalia for the account details, and you can order shopping deliveries online from the local supermarket.

Super dejligt. Vi var 3 generationer Dejligt hus, terrasse og pool Meget sød værtinde, hvis der var problemer med noget blev det fixet med det samme. Ved ankomst blev der serveret pizza, øl og vand. Det er nødvendigt med bil. Vi havde en rigtig dejlig ferie.

Vi tilbragte 14 fantastiske dage i denne bolig, som har alt til en familie med 3 generationer. Fantastisk hus med stor overbygget terrasse, dejlig pool, fine omgivelser til de små. Natalia som er udlejer er fantastisk - vi fik en flot velkomst og herefter gjorde hun alt for, at vores ophold skulle blive godt. Vi var 6 voksne og 3 børn, som alle havde en fantastisk ferie

Wir waren mit drei Generationen dort und haben eine wundervolle Woche verbracht. Die Vermieterin ist darauf bedacht, alles sehr liebevoll zu gestalten - von einem Begrüßungsimbiss bis zu Pooltüchern mit Motiven für Kinder... Heerlijke vakantie

Wij hebben met elkaar volop genoten van het verblijf. Het prachtige zwembad is een voltreffer! Opa lag dagelijks met de kleinkinderen in het water. Het overdekte terras was ook prachtig: een perfecte locatie voor een verblijf buiten, zowel bij warm weer als bij minder mooi weer. Locatie biedt alle gewenste privacy. WE HAVE STAYED IN QUESADA FOR THE LAST 15 YEARS AND THIS VILLA HAS BEEN SIMPLY THE BEST ONE WE HAVE STAYED IN , THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL BY NATALIA IS GREAT FROM START TO FINISH, ON ARRIVAL DRINKS AND A PASTRY WAS WAITING FOR US , FAMILY OF 8 OF ALL AGES , PLENTY TO DO WITH THE BIKES BASKETBALL SWIMMING POOL WAS THE CLEANEST IVE SEEN WITH TOWELS AND TOYS AND IT WAS GATED OFF WHICH WAS BRILLIANT WITH A 5YEAR OLD ,NATALIA ALWAYS REPLIED TO MY MESSAGES BEFORE WE WENT , EVEN RECOMMENDED A CARHIRE WHICH WE USED VERY GOOD , A DOLL WITH BABY CLOTHES WAS ALSO LEFT FOR OUR GRANDDAUGHTER TO PLAY WITH SHE LOVED IT ,YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED IF YOU RENT THIS VILLA , 5 STAR TO NATALIA AND HER FAMILY ALL THE BEST TRACEY FAMILY XX

Lovely villa, with plenty of space to relax

We enjoyed our stay very much. It’s large, peaceful surroundings are perfect I get away from it all. Hosts were beyond helpful and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Only thing for us was the public transport aren’t great… you do have to to walk 20-25 minutes to get to the supermarkets or get a bus to Guardamar. But cannot complain as we knew that before hand. Villa is exactly like photos and has pretty much everything you’d need for a family holiday.

Ideaalne koht puhkamiseks

Puhkasime selles villas septembris 2021. Meid oli 2 perekonda (4 täiskasvanut ja 4 last). Meie pere on ka varem paljudes villades Hispaanias käinud, aga mitte kuskil polnud nii palju erinevaid tegevusi just lastele. Siin saab mängida palliga, kiikuda, mängida väikses majakeses, mängida jalgpalli, sõita jalgrattaga. Ja lisaks sellele on väga suur bassein, kus on ka väike ala väiksematele lastele. Olemas on erinevad ujumisvahendid nii täiskasvanutele kui ka väiksematele lastele. Majas on mitu magamistuba, hea köök. Väljas on gaasigrill. Perenaine Natalia on alati väga abivalmis. Natalia saab anda nõu, kuhu reisida, milliseid kohti külastada. Tänu tema soovitusele me käisime Alicante piirkonna toidu- ja veinifestivalile (Alicante Gastronomica). Meie perekond soovib tänada Nataliat ja tema pere lahkuse ja abi eest. P.S. Natalia, kui te soovite kunagi külastada Eestit , siis meil oleks au võta Teid ja Teie perekonna vastu meie majas. Veelkord aitäh, et andsite meile võimaluse elada Teie suurepärases villas.

Prachtig huis

Groot, mooi, alle faciliteiten aanwezig, prachtige ligging, rustig gelegen, maar toch overal dichtbij. Al het in- en exterieur dik in orde en voor alles was gezorgd.
