A very well-maintained and equipped villa. It has everything necessary for a relaxed and comfortable stay. It features a spacious garden with a heated swimming pool and a covered pergola. It has a solarium terrace on the roof, barbecue, and outdoor dining area.



The accommodation is fully equipped with: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, terrace, washing machine, barbecue, internet (wifi), children's area, tennis court, paddle court, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, heated private swimming pool, TV/satellite (languages: Spanish, English, French, etc.).



The kitchen includes fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.



Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of the premium resorts of POLARIS WORLDS, with an 18-hole course designed by Jack Nicklaus that will challenge golfers of all levels and boasts of being a 5-star hotel.

The complex has numerous facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese restaurants, an Irish pub and a supermarket. In summer, you can use the children's club and there are children's discos regularly during the week.



Right next to the resort (a short walking distance), you will find a variety of restaurants at The Boulevard, including (to name a few):



- Shamrock (Indian menu at night with Guinness and Murphy's Red on tap), pool table, darts and six screens with sports events

- Chill n Go - Tapas Bar

8 minutes by car from Los Alcázares: beautiful safe beaches, bars and restaurants



Within the Mar Menor Golf Resort, you will also find the MMGR Club, where you can pay a small daily fee to access the facilities, which include a heated swimming pool, paddle and tennis courts, mini golf, and gym.

Villa Alcornoque

Central location, well set out villa. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Could do with a vacuum cleaner and would have preferred a double bed rather than two singles pushed together. Maybe check under the sofa cushions - we would have given it a vacuum if we'd had one!
