Evelyn's house is a lovely studio flat comprising entrance hall, lounge-dining room with kitchenette, main bathroom and double bedroom with private bathroom. The apartment overlooks a large area of equipped public green called "Parco del Mercatello", reachable on foot in a minute. The park has a parking area for campers.
The Evelyn house is conveniently served by the city Metro, thanks to the "Mercatello-Mariconda" stop, located 20 meters from the entrance door, with which you can reach the central railway station 3.5 km) with just three stops (8 minutes). From the central railway station it is easy to reach all the most important regional tourist places, in particular those of the Amalfi coast, served by the nearby tourist port.
You can get to the beach in just 2 minutes on foot.
The neighborhood is equipped with all services: restaurants (in particular there is a vegan restaurant under the house), pizzerias, bars, cafes, ice cream parlors, laundries and supermarkets.
The apartment is located 3.5 km from the railway station, from which you can reach the house in 15 minutes by bus or Metro.
By car it is possible to reach the apartment by highway and city ring road, from the north using the Pastena-Giovi exit, from the south exit Mercatello-Mariconda. It is possible to park for free on the street below the house (it is a very quiet and safe area).
