The apartment, completely and finely renovated and just a few metres from numerous cultural and scenic attractions of Salerno, (Giardini della Minerva 70m, Conservatory 100m, Historical Archive 50m, Sentiero del Principe 300m, Luci d'Artista 0km, Salerno Cathedral 650m, Medieval Aqueduct 850m, Arechi Castle 3km etc), offers an independent entrance with a small space in front of the door, equipped with a wall table, where you can drink a coffee, a beer and enjoy the beauty of the ramps.
The electronically secured door leads to the ground floor, which comprises a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a 55" 4K Smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, kettle, microwave, and a variety of tableware, is also available. A bathroom with a large tiled shower and a heated towel rail to warm your towels, and a small laundry room with a washing machine are also included.
Stairs lead to a spacious bedroom with a vaulted ceiling. Amenities include a queen-size orthopedic mattress (160x200 cm), a pull-down single bed (85x190 cm) upon request, and a camping cot upon request. A 40-inch ultra HD Smart TV and an open wardrobe are also featured. The bedroom leads to a small terrace overlooking the ramps and the quaint little square, where guests can enjoy the tranquility of the pedestrian area and the historic charm of the historic centre, especially in the evening when the warm streetlights illuminate the stately buildings, creating spectacular plays of light and shadow.
The apartment has been renovated using modern materials and technologies, respecting the original structure of the walls, fixtures, exterior terracotta floors, marble staircases, and the colours of the façade. The furnishings on the ground floor draw inspiration from industrial minimalism, with its white walls and stoneware parquet. The upper floor, on the other hand, draws on the Vietri tradition, clearly visible in the floor decorations and furnishings, as well as in the colours of the staircase, which evoke our clear, azure seas.
Leaving the apartment, turning left, up a flight of stairs, you arrive on Via Salvatore de Renzi, from which you can admire a breathtaking view of the entire Gulf of Salerno, embraced on one side by the Amalfi Coast and on the other, the incredible Cilento.
Naboo Guest House offers a particularly convenient location for anyone wishing to explore Salerno, Cilento, and the Amalfi Coast. Just a few metres away (about 200 metres), there's a free municipal lift that takes you in just a few minutes' walk to the beautiful Lungomare, Santa Teresa Beach, and Molo Manfredi. Here, you can admire the extraordinary maritime station, Zaha Hadid's last work, from whose dock there are daily departures to Capri, Ischia, Procida, Amalfi, and Positano. Ferries also connect Salerno to the most beautiful towns in Cilento, including Agropoli, Santa Maria di Castellabate, Acciaroli, Pisciotta, Palinuro, and Marina di Camerota.
The motorway exit, however, is just 1.5 km from the house, ideal for those wishing to visit the temples of Paestum, Pompeii, Herculaneum excavations, Vesuvius, or simply to return to the airport.
The Duomo train station is 650m from the apartment and is easily accessible.
The bus stops are only 100 m from the house (Busitalia).
Additionally, to provide greater security for guests and the host, there is a camera located OUTSIDE the apartment on the entrance door.
