Cottage with dock on the lake

Accommodation in a cottage with glass walls and direct access to the lake: you will find yourself, as if by magic, surrounded by greenery on the eastern shore of Lake Como.
The large terrace, on which you can sunbathe lying on two sunbeds, is at your exclusive disposal and will allow you to go directly into the water.
The cottage is a large 45m2 studio apartment.
The sleeping area is furnished with a double bed (160 cm wide).
In the living area there are a table for 4 people, a sofa and an LCD TV.
The bathroom with window, completely renovated in 2016, has a large shower cubicle with toilet and electric heated towel rail. The sink is inserted in the anti-bath room.
The kitchen is a separate room and is equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, microwave with grill, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster and everything needed for six people.
Outside the kitchen there is a space equipped with table, chairs and umbrella for breakfast / lunch / dinner outdoors.
The cottage is equipped with linen for lunch and for the night and for the bathroom, as well as beach towels.
Two bicycles are at your disposal to visit Mandello del Lario and its surroundings.
The cottage is accessed, via some steps, from the private garden which is reserved for guests only. The access road is exclusively pedestrian and the car must be parked approximately 200 meters away. In the cottage silence reigns and the only noises you will hear will be those of water birds and birds on trees.

Upon your arrival we will welcome you in person to give you all the necessary information. We will ask you for your documents which, by Italian law, we must register and send to the police headquarters.
From this year there will be to pay in cash, upon your arrival, the fee of 1 euro per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 euro per person, for the Municipal Tourist Tax. Our cottage has also been present for several years on another site, where we are rated 5-star hosts.
