We have great year-round rates. During the prime season, we rent from Saturday to Saturday only. This year we have added an additional complimentary golf cart so now the house comes with TWO COMPLIMENTARY GOLF CARTS( ONE BEING A NEW CUSTOM GOLF CART WITH A BUILT IN COOLER), MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE TO DRIVE!
IN ADDITION, WE HAVE INCLUDED A FULL LINEN PACKAGE IN THE PRICING FROM MAY 18 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 6! The linen package will still be offered before and after those dates at an additional charge if requested.

We endeavor to keep our home updated and in good condition. We have had new flooring installed upstairs, a new bedroom suite for one of the bedrooms upstairs, a new master bedroom suite, a new fresh coat of paint inside, and colorful polywood furniture added to the deck for your enjoyment! There is also a gas grill available for use in addition to an outside shower with hot and cold water.

The first level has a sizeable fully-furnished kitchen with new appliances. This fully equipped kitchen has dishes, pots and pans, silverware, and everything you can think of to prepare a home-cooked meal. The living room seating includes a leather Queen sleeper sofa and three more chairs for spacious seating. The dining room contains a table and chairs that seat six people. The bar area seats an additional four people. A half bath is down the hall from the living room and dining room. The master bedroom on the first floor contains a king-size bed and shares a full-size bathroom ( shower, no tub). The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. The second level is accessed from the living room and contains two bedrooms, one full - bath (with tub/shower), and a washer/dryer just off the hallway. The first bedroom upstairs contains one queen bed and a huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom upstairs contains two queen beds and a little bedroom off to the side with a twin bed in it.

Accommodations: Raised beach house on stilts with three bedrooms and 2 & 1/2 baths. There are beds for nine people and a queen sleeper sofa that can sleep 2: MAXIMUM number of people 11! The refundable security deposit is $500.00, which is refunded after departure, provided the house is left neat and damage-free. If our home is left neat and passes damage inspection, the security deposit will be returned in FULL. Please allow up to 14 days for a security deposit to be returned.

The maximum number of vehicles allowed is THREE. Of those three vehicles, two can park at the house, and the other can be parked in the overflow parking ( which is no longer free); if you like, it just frees up space at the house to park the golf cart, grill out, or hang out and eat at the picnic table if desired. NOTE: OCEAN LAKES CHARGES RENTERS $15 PER VEHICLE PER DAY TO PARK. IF YOU UTILIZE EXPRESS CHECK-IN, IT IS ONLY $12 PER VEHICLE PER DAY.

THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATE! THIS PARKING FEE IS TO BE PAID DIRECTLY TO OCEAN LAKES UPON ARRIVAL OR THROUGH EXPRESS CHECK-IN.. WE HAVE ADDED NEW OUTDOOR CAMERAS WITH AUDIO FOR YOUR PROTECTION.

If you do not purchase the linen package in the off-season ( dates mentioned above) You are responsible for providing your own linens. There is one king bed, three queen beds, and one twin bed. If you utilize the queen sleeper sofa, then you will need linens for it as well. In addition, you will need to bring bath towels and washcloths, hand towels, kitchen towels, and dishcloths. I provide comforters/blankets, pillows, and mattress pads. Paper products are not provided.

TWO COMPLIMENTARY GOLF CARTS ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL.. IF THE GOLF CARTS BREAKS DOWN FOR WHATEVER REASON, WE WILL DO EVERYTHING IN OUR POWER TO GET IT FIXED ASAP! WE WILL NOT PAY FOR YOU TO RENT ONE FROM OCEAN LAKES NOR CAN WE DEDUCT ANY MONEY FROM THE RENTAL RATE. ALSO, YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE TO DRIVE THE GOLF CART AND MUST ABIDE BY THE STRICT RULES AND REGULATIONS IMPOSED BY THE HOMEOWNER AND OCEAN LAKES.

Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented campground. We only rent to families.. no teens, without full-time occupancy by responsible parents. YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RENT.

CANCELLATION POLICY: IF THE renter cancels the reservation 60 days or less from the check-in date, NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED UNLESS WE CAN RE-RENT THE HOUSE FOR THE SAME RATE AS YOUR AGREEMENT. If the renter cancels 61+ days or more from the check-in date, all money paid will be refunded in full. If there is a MANDATORY EVACUATION, the renter will be refunded for the period of the mandatory evacuation. No money will be refunded for a tropical storm or rain event. WE RECOMMEND THAT OUR GUESTS CHECK ON TRAVELER'S INSURANCE.

THIS HOUSE JUST BECAME DOG-FRIENDLY. ONLY 1 SMALL, NON-SHEDDING DOG IS ALLOWED. MUST BE CRATED WHEN LEFT ALONE. MUST HAVE UP-TO-DATE RABIES VACCINE AND BE ON AN ORAL FLEA/TICK MEDICATION! YOU NEED TO BRING SOMETHING TO COVER THE FURNITURE SO THE LEATHER WON'T GET SCRATCHED BY ITS TOENAILS IF THERE IS DOG HAIR ANYWHERE YOU MUST CLEAN IT UP. IF THERE IS DOG HAIR LEFT EVERYWHERE PART OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE WITHHELD TO PAY THE CLEANERS.
