TOWELS AND LINENS (SHEETS) ARE NOT INCLUDED. First Floor: Wrap around deck overlooking beach and ocean—table and chairs for outdoor dining. The living room has stunning sweeping views of the ocean. Couch with pull-out queen bed. Flat screen tv. The dining room seats 6 with full ocean views. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils--everything needed to prepare meals. Stackable washer and dryer in the laundry room. BDRM 1: Master suite with king bed has full ocean views, huge walk-in closet, newly remodeled full bath, and private door to ocean front deck.

Second Floor: BDRM 2: king bed with full ocean views. Two closets and tv. Newly remodeled full bath in hallway. BDRM 3: Two queen beds with full ocean view, tv and closet. BDRM 4: Twin bed in SMALL room off of BDRM 3. Perfect for kids.

Our home is fully furnished. There is ample parking for up to 4 vehicles (Parking fee of $12-$15 per car per day, CHARGED BY OCEAN LAKES, NOT ME). I rent my golf cart in addition. This is a GREAT home for extended family vacations. We are dog friendly for $200 per dog/per week fee. LINENS (SHEETS AND TOWELS) ARE NOT INCLUDED.

Nice House, Great view

Loved that it was completely ocean front. The campground is a lot of you plan on coming and going. The house had a few things wrong, but not anything I would actually complain about. Listing was very accurate, and host was so nice. She answered all my questions quickly. We had our dog with us, so this house is very pet friendly!

Perfect location!

The best thing about this house was the location! Right across from a beach access on a quiet street. Away from the hustle of the strip, but close enough if you want to participate. The upgraded golf cart was a nice addition. Beds were comfortable and everything worked as it should. Bathrooms were nicely updated. Very satisfied with the rental overall!

Wonderful Property and Amazing Views

This is a wonderful property. It is oceanfront and only a few steps away. I love the porch and chairs that overlook the ocean. We were able to take our pups. The kids loved being so close to the beach and all the activities. Also, we enjoyed the golf cart. Highly recommend!

Great House in Fantastic Location!

Jen was a fabulous host to our family for the week! Her dog-friendly house was in the perfect location with immediate beach access & amazing views. Located perfectly at the edge of the campground to participate in all it has to offer, but be tucked away in a bit more peaceful spot. Very clean and lots of storage space!

Just what we needed ..... a week right on the beach. Everything was perfect and just as Jen indicated in the listing. We couldn't have asked for a better house, location and weather.

Extremely happy with the property and the owners response to every question I had with her. Agree with previous reviews that the deck could use some work, but the view from there was so perfect it did not matter!

Loved the location and views! Jen was very quick to respond to any problems we had. The unit was not very clean when we arrived, sticky floors and counters. But we enjoyed the week and would revisit.

Only complaints I have are that there needs to be new furniture in the livingroom. The bottoms of them all are blown out. Need a sturdier rail going upstairs and need one on each sideneed on

great view!

The property location was great! The owner was awesome! The property was not clean. All of the windows and doors leaked when it rained. I did not like having to provide my own linens. I feel like when a house costs this much the beds should be made and ready for the guests. It’s hard to get up, clean all of the dishes, unmake the beds, put linens out for the linen service, take the trash out, wash and dry and put up her towels, pack up and be out by 10:00

The pictures doesn’t do it justice! I can’t say enough good things about this property! We had 2 adults, 4 teenage boys and a 10 year old and it was perfect for us ! Waking up and being able to go on the deck and have the ocean right there was serían !!!We definitely took advantage of the golf cart as well it was definitely an added bonus!To top it all off I was a bit nervous to begin with because one of my boys has some severe mental health issues so I was worried about the neighbors among many other things! He did end up having a few issues/episode's and the people that were staying beside us were nothing but a blessing!!!

House needs a few minor updates. The house was beautiful and very clean. It was a wonderful location. We had to call the host about plugging in our golf cart. She text me right away and was right on it. I highly recommen True Oceanfront Beach Cottage. Will definitely rent again.

Amazing Location!

This is our favorite rental so far. The location is amazing especially if you have young kids. It is clean, quiet, and super easy access to the beach for all of the chairs and toys. Host was great! Only suggestion is to be aware that the deck is becoming very weathered so be careful with kids always wearing shoes to avoid splinters! We absolutely would rent this home again.

Perfect for a family

Teens could do “oceanlakes” things while the adults relaxed. Phenomenal location, right on the beach, so we could sit on the porch & relax or walk a few steps out to the sand. Older house but very nice & had everything we needed.

A great location!

We had a nice stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. Location is the best thing about property. The best stocked kitchen for all your cooking and serving needs. The property could use some painting and cosmetic fixes on the outside. Lots of outside seating on the deck. Cleanliness was average. Floors were dirty in kitchen and living room.. Found two dead roaches in the living room. Beds were hard and squeaky. Could use mattress update. I would give this property a B-

Steve and I have been married for 20 years and have 4 fun, active kids and our dog, Mickey, who is 3.5 lbs of love. Together, we make Team Heicklen. We have been coming to Ocean Lakes for 18 years in our RV. Our family has grown up with great memories of our times here. So much so, that we bought homes here so other families can make their memories, too. Ocean Lakes is truly a hidden gem that inspired our company name, Sea Gems. As a family, there is SO much to do here affordably. We have made dear friends that we meet up with yearly. When not enjoying our time here, we live in Medford Lakes, NJ.

The views from this house are breathtaking. Instantly upon entering the deck, you feel a true sense of relaxation that only a beach front home can provide. I want to share this feeling with as many as possible by sharing my home with all of you.
