TOWELS AND LINENS (SHEETS) ARE NOT INCLUDED. First Floor: Wrap around deck overlooking beach and ocean—table and chairs for outdoor dining. The living room has stunning sweeping views of the ocean. Couch with pull-out queen bed. Flat screen tv. The dining room seats 6 with full ocean views. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils--everything needed to prepare meals. Stackable washer and dryer in the laundry room. BDRM 1: Master suite with king bed has full ocean views, huge walk-in closet, newly remodeled full bath, and private door to ocean front deck.

Second Floor: BDRM 2: king bed with full ocean views. Two closets and tv. Newly remodeled full bath in hallway. BDRM 3: Two queen beds with full ocean view, tv and closet. BDRM 4: Twin bed in SMALL room off of BDRM 3. Perfect for kids.

Our home is fully furnished. There is ample parking for up to 4 vehicles (Parking fee of $12-$15 per car per day, CHARGED BY OCEAN LAKES, NOT ME). I rent my golf cart in addition. This is a GREAT home for extended family vacations. We are dog friendly for $200 per dog/per week fee. LINENS (SHEETS AND TOWELS) ARE NOT INCLUDED.

Perfect location!

The best thing about this house was the location! Right across from a beach access on a quiet street. Away from the hustle of the strip, but close enough if you want to participate. The upgraded golf cart was a nice addition. Beds were comfortable and everything worked as it should. Bathrooms were nicely updated. Very satisfied with the rental overall!

Amazing Location!

This is our favorite rental so far. The location is amazing especially if you have young kids. It is clean, quiet, and super easy access to the beach for all of the chairs and toys. Host was great! Only suggestion is to be aware that the deck is becoming very weathered so be careful with kids always wearing shoes to avoid splinters! We absolutely would rent this home again.

Perfect for a family

Teens could do “oceanlakes” things while the adults relaxed. Phenomenal location, right on the beach, so we could sit on the porch & relax or walk a few steps out to the sand. Older house but very nice & had everything we needed.

Wonderful Property and Amazing Views

This is a wonderful property. It is oceanfront and only a few steps away. I love the porch and chairs that overlook the ocean. We were able to take our pups. The kids loved being so close to the beach and all the activities. Also, we enjoyed the golf cart. Highly recommend!

Great House in Fantastic Location!

Jen was a fabulous host to our family for the week! Her dog-friendly house was in the perfect location with immediate beach access & amazing views. Located perfectly at the edge of the campground to participate in all it has to offer, but be tucked away in a bit more peaceful spot. Very clean and lots of storage space!

Great beach house with the best location in the development.

We took our family to the beach, had 4 and a small child, would have comfortably accommodated 2-3 more people. There was a room off a bed room that was perfect for our little one. The location of this home is second to none.

We just did a family vacation and stayed at Jen’s property. We had five adults and four kids (ranging from 6 months to 6 years in age) and the property worked great for us. The location is unbeatable with the ocean view and beach access. Jen was easy to work with and was prompt in responding to my questions. Thanks, Jen!

Loved the location and views! Jen was very quick to respond to any problems we had. The unit was not very clean when we arrived, sticky floors and counters. But we enjoyed the week and would revisit.

The property location was great! The owner was awesome! The property was not clean. All of the windows and doors leaked when it rained. I did not like having to provide my own linens. I feel like when a house costs this much the beds should be made and ready for the guests. It’s hard to get up, clean all of the dishes, unmake the beds, put linens out for the linen service, take the trash out, wash and dry and put up her towels, pack up and be out by 10:00

4th of July Family Vacation

This property was exactly as described. The beachfront location was very convenient. We spent a lot of time in the swing on the deck. It does expose you to a lot of activity and late night rowdiness on the beach. The house itself was just like the photos showed. The owner was super responsive to our questions and very easy to work with. Our biggest surprise was the Ocean Lakes campground itself. It does offer a lot of extra amenities but were not aware of how crowded of an area it is. We should have done some additional research on the overall area. That may be ideal for some but our ideal location would be a bit less crowded. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a nice stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. Location is the best thing about property. The best stocked kitchen for all your cooking and serving needs. The property could use some painting and cosmetic fixes on the outside. Lots of outside seating on the deck. Cleanliness was average. Floors were dirty in kitchen and living room.. Found two dead roaches in the living room. Beds were hard and squeaky. Could use mattress update. I would give this property a B-

We have been coming to Ocean Lakes for 18 years in our RV. Our family has grown up with great memories of our times here. So much so, that we bought homes here so other families can make their memories, too. Ocean Lakes is truly a hidden gem that inspired our company name, Sea Gems. As a family, there is SO much to do here affordably. We have made dear friends that we meet up with yearly. When not enjoying our time here, we live in Medford Lakes, NJ.
