TOWELS AND LINENS (SHEETS) ARE NOT INCLUDED. First Floor: Wrap around deck overlooking beach and ocean—table and chairs for outdoor dining. The living room has stunning sweeping views of the ocean. New furniture in living room. Flat screen TV. The dining room seats 6 with full ocean views. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils--everything needed to prepare meals. Stackable washer and dryer in the laundry room. BDRM 1: Master suite with king bed has full ocean views, huge walk-in closet, newly remodeled full bath, and private door to ocean front deck.

Second Floor: BDRM 2: king bed with full ocean views. Two closets and a TV. Newly remodeled full bath in hallway. BDRM 3: Two queen beds with full ocean view, TV, and closet. BDRM 4: Twin bed in SMALL room off of BDRM 3. Perfect for kids.

Our home is fully furnished. There is ample parking for up to 4 vehicles (Parking fee of $12-$15 per car per day, CHARGED BY OCEAN LAKES, NOT ME). I rent my golf cart in addition. This is a GREAT home for extended family vacations. We are dog friendly for $200 per dog/per week fee. LINENS (SHEETS AND TOWELS) ARE NOT INCLUDED.

This property was the first house that we had ever rented in Ocean Lakes and it did not disappoint! The view is spectacular! The house met all of our needs for the entire week and Jen was a dream to work with anytime we had questions! I would definitely recommend this house if you are looking for a house rental!

House is so good for handy cap visitors, with handicap excess to beach right across the street ( stairs to house is a little bit of a change, but that’s to be expected.

Everything we needed was available, and the home was exactly as described. It featured several updated amenities and upgrades that made our stay even more comfortable. We chose to use the golf cart, which was fantastic and added so much convenience and fun to our vacation. We would definitely recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again.

The only thing between you and the beach is a small paved road- none of the amenities like playgrounds or basketball courts are blocking the view. This house does need some minor repairs but it was clean and had a well-appointed kitchen. Some of the comforters and quilts smelled like they needed a wash but we brought all our own bed linens anyway. Owner specified that we needed to bring towels but the kitchen did include dish towels, which was nice. Owner did not respond to a couple of my messages but I do tend to ask a lot of questions. Overall, we had a wonderful time and this house is a terrific value.

Perfect for a family

Teens could do “oceanlakes” things while the adults relaxed. Phenomenal location, right on the beach, so we could sit on the porch & relax or walk a few steps out to the sand. Older house but very nice & had everything we needed.

Wonderful Stay

We will stay again at this property. This was our first time staying in Ocean Lakes, we had visited friends in the past. Beach cottage was in a great quiet location, easy beach access, house was very clean, owner responsive within minutes. We had a wonderful week and can’t wait to return.

I love being able to hear the waves all night! We had four adults, two kids, and two small dogs and found enough space to hang together or chill alone when we wanted.

We have been coming to Ocean Lakes for 18 years in our RV. Our family has grown up with great memories of our times here. So much so, that we bought homes here so other families can make their memories, too. Ocean Lakes is truly a hidden gem that inspired our company name, Sea Gems. As a family, there is SO much to do here affordably. We have made dear friends that we meet up with yearly. When not enjoying our time here, we live in Medford Lakes, NJ.

The views from this house are breathtaking. Instantly upon entering the deck, you feel a true sense of relaxation that only a beach front home can provide. I want to share this feeling with as many as possible by sharing my home with all of you.
