Whilst the price of the Villa was excellent, it is a little dated, and some of the appliances need renewing

Whilst the price of the Villa was excellent, it is a little dated, and some of the appliances need renewing. I understand this is ongoing, so it can only get better each year. The general condition of the pool could need attention as there are some sharp tile edges.
