The house is located in a forest, very close to a beach known in the area of Rafina. It consists of three floors, on the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, and courtyard, on the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a veranda, while the 2nd floor consists of an attic with living room, beds and a terrace right.
