This semi-detached villa is located in Nea Makri, a seaside resort just 30 minutes by car from Athens International Airport. Just 50 meters from the elegantly furnished and fully air-conditioned house stretches a magnificent sandy beach, which is awarded the Blue Flag eco-label again every year. A 4 km long coastal path lined with palm trees and lawns connects Nea Makri with the seaside resort of Marathon. Within a radius of 500 to 1,00 meters you will find plenty of restaurants, taverns, cafes, bars and supermarkets, and within walking distance you can also reach the Temple of the Egyptian Gods and the excavation site of Marathon. The vacation home can accommodate up to six adults and is also equipped with a baby crib.
