The villa has 3 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms 2 wc and a pool. Sleeps up to 6 persons.
The villa has 3 floors, at the ground floor there is a living room ,a bedroom with a bathroom ensuite, a kitchen and a wc. At the first floor(also ground floor)there are two bedrooms with two bathrooms ensuite.And at the first floor there is a second kitchen ,a second living room and a wc. There is a seating area, a dining area and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher. (no indoor conection between ground floor and first floor, only outside)

Schinias is regularly rated as one of the finest beaches in the Attica region, being long and sandy, and circled by pine forests, making for some excellent photographic opportunities.
