Located in Kokkino Limanaki, a residential area, 400m from the beach, this charming villa of 330sq.m is built in two levels in a piece of land of 1300m with a beautiful mature garden with big olive, mulberry and pine trees and a well maintained loan, a private pool and space to park safely 2-3 cars.On the ground floor there is a spacious sitting room with an imposing marble fire place and very tasteful furnishing and decoration. Big glass doors lead to a covered veranda looking very much like a Spanish style patio. The romantic burgundy red dining room with its French windows offer an amazing view to the pool and garden. A fully equipped kitchen with exit to the back yard, a W.C and the laundry room are also found downstairs.On the upper floor there is a room of approx. 60m there is a second sitting room with fireplace and partial sea view, which could also be used as playing room, meeting room or even for Pilates or yoga exercises. There are four bedrooms on this level, two of them with king size beds and en suite bathrooms. The third (two twin beds) and the fourth (double bed) share the same bathroom. The upper floor is fully air conditioned.
