Two-room apartment of about 30 square meters, consisting of two separate units separated from the balcony with one bedroom double or twin beds and bathroom with shower and the other room with kitchen, table and sofa bed.
Both units overlook two large private terraces, a view of the Apuan Alps, the other side sea
There is no elevator.
The apartment has private parking and remote gate access.
