Our cottage is located in an old farmhouse renovated with prefectural approval 3 stars.
Sea / mountains view between Saint-Jean-de-Luz (7km) and Hendaye (4 km) Spanish Basque Country, 20 minutes from Biarritz, Sare and Ainhoa classified in the most beautiful villages of France
The 38 m2 F3 has a living room that opens onto a spacious outdoor terrace facing south. Garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, night lighting for dinner in the evening. Rustige verblijfplek

Prettig maar echt te klein: we konden nauwelijks met vieren in het huisje. Uitzicht op de zee was aan de andere kant van het huis. Wel heel vriendelijke gastvrouw en -dochter. Mooie tuin met vele bloemen. Maar prijs te hoog tov kleine ruimte.

Hallo We vermelden de oppervlakte van deze suite, het is belangrijk om de beschrijvingen zorgvuldig te bekijken en te lezen, we zijn er ook om eventuele vragen te beantwoorden. De woning heeft uitzicht op zee vanuit de tuin. Je terras ligt op het zuiden en heeft uitzicht op het park. We hanteren dezelfde tarieven als aan de Baskische kust. Het huishouden en de schoonmaak waren niet gedaan bij uw vertrek of aankomst. Logischerwijs had u hiervoor moeten betalen. De standaard van het filterkoffiezetapparaat was weggegooid en we moesten een nieuwe kopen. Ook niet in rekening gebracht. Bedankt voor uw verblijf en de beste wensen voor het einde van de zomer. Baskisches Bauernhaus in Urrugne

Die Ferienwohnung in diesem alten und schön renovierten Haus hat uns begeistert. Die Lage ist phantastisch, der Strand in Hendaye ist auch in der Hauptsaison bei gravierenden Parkplatzproblemen dort auch mit dem öffentlichen Bus prima zu erreichen. Die Eigentümerin des Hauses wohnt ebenfalls dort und ist eine außerordentlich nette und hilfsbereite Frau, der das Wohl ihrer Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt. Wie haben den Aufenthalt dort außerordentlich genossen.

Un havre de paix

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très belle demeure. Passionnés par leur terroir, Patricia et son fils Paul ont un excellent sens de l'accueil et ont su nous guider afin de découvrir de la meilleure des manières leur beau Pays Basque. Nous y retournerons avec le plus grand des plaisirs !

Annonce trompeuse : photo proposée ne correspondait pas au F3 que nous avons loué

Seul l’emplacement ne nous a pas déçu car il correspondait à la description MAIS le logement nous a réservé bien des surprises ! Très bas de plafond, très sombre. Pas de buanderie contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans la rubrique équipement. WC Malodorants (problème tuyaux d'évacuation ?). Proximité étroite avec les voisins dont la fenêtre donne sur notre « terrasse » (en réalité le chemin) et ils ont aussi une fenêtre sous nos transats (dont la toile est moisie). Et évidemment ils passent sur le chemin (notre terrasse) pour rentrer chez eux. Voilà pour le principal … il serait aussi plus honnête de prévenir que le sol est en pente et d’ôter le pluriel à espaces salon SAM et cuisine car en réalité ces 3 espaces n’en sont qu’un seul.

Séjour agréable et reposant

La propriété est bien située entre Urrugne et Hendaye, à quelques minutes en voiture de l'immense plage d'Hendaye ; le site est très agréable avec une vue superbe. Les conseils de l'hôte nous ont permis de découvrir certains aspects de la région, notamment l'Espagne toute proche avec les 'pinxos' (tapas) à Fontarrabie, et la jolie ville de San Sebastian avec sa grande plage .

Accueil chaleureux. Très beau gîte typique, situé dans un cadre magnifique, avec une belle vue sur le Pays Basque et à proximité immédiate des plages de St Jean de Luz, Biarritz, Bayonne et de l'Espagne. Calme, propreté, douceur de vivre sont au rendez-vous. A recommander sans réserve !

très bien

Après une longue route, que c'est agréable d'arriver dans une belle propriété comme Peroch Baïta ! Nous avions une place de parking, et quel beau jardin !!!! L'accueil de la propriétaire a été exemplaire. La découverte du logement était sans surprise, correspondant tout à fait aux photos. De la location la vue est superbe sur la campagne basque avec au loin le bleu de la mer du golfe de Gascogne. Le soir c'est sympa de voir le phare de Biarritz qui illumine la cote. Les nuits sont très calmes et la literie neuve et super confortable. Nous avons bien dormi. Ce fut une bonne semaine de Vacances. Nous recommandons cette location tant pour l'intérieur, le jardin et l'accueil. Nous avons aussi apprécié les bons conseils de Mme Echeveste pour la découverte de la région. Nous y reviendrons, il y a tant a voir ! a bientôt et merci
