Villa Rosita is an elegant and modern independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps five people. From Villa Rosita you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea. Villa Rosita is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, panoramic private terraces, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.3 km (0.8 miles) from Marina di Marittima. You will find the closest restaurant at 600 meters (660 yards), a grocery store at 1.7 km (roughly 1.05 mile) and the closest beach (Cala dell'Acquaviva) at roughly 700 meters (770 yards). You will reach Villa Rosita from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 40 steps.
To stay at Villa Rosita you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the first terrace going down an external stairway which consists of approximately 22 steps. The pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 3 meters (10 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea.
Terrace 1
The first terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the swimming pool.
Terrace 2
The second terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an awning. It is equipped with a table, chairs and an external shower. Here you will also find a portable barbecue.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are modern and comfortable, and include a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate three guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room climbing six steps and crossing a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room climbing six steps and crossing a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a high window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a roof window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room climbing six steps and crossing a corridor.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
