About this property

Ski-in/Ski-out Condo with central air -Seasons on Mt. Snow

M-22 in BUILDING M is located in a privately owned community 1/3rd way up Mt. Snow. This is a Four Season Resort. M Building uses a Black Diamond ski path to the main trail which starts from the front door of the building called slope-side. For beginners and intermediate walk to the stairs behind building M to the trail.
My unit is centrally air conditioning for summer month stays especially around Four of July Festivities. Consider staying at my condo for all 4 seasons. There are many festivals during Spring, Summer and Fall as well as Mt. Snow's festivities on and off the mountain making Mt. Snow a true 4 Season Resort.
Irish Bands, land sports, fishing tournaments as well as water sports are nearby. For the very calm, Manchester offers great shopping, antiquing, and historical sites as well as museums and eateries to visit. You can go online to coordinate your time with all up coming events the mountain has to offer for your family.
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND when booking my condo at Seasons on Mt. Snow, Seasons Community please be aware Seasons Resort is not affiliated with Mt. Snow, nor it's Base Lodge Resorts. We are a separate community. Cleaning service is provided by the owner through an outside company. Cleaning is between stays only. Check in time is 3:00PM, departure is 10:30 AM.
ROOMS:
M-22 is a one floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium ski-in/ski-out/slope-side condo using the Black Diamond Trail.
Condo M22 is a fantastic choice for small families and adult getaways. Total occupancy sleeps 4 . Our prices are competive and summer pricing includes central ac. The cozy living area features a great room, a wood burning fireplace, a large flat-screen Smart TV, and plenty of seating for the family to relax. You can also step out onto the private balcony to take in the view of trees, hear a mountain brook, and breathe brisk mountain air. The full galley kitchen features massive granite counters, new major appliances and in cabinet cookware you’ll need to cook your meals. Nearby produce and prime meats are found along Route 100 heading to Mt. Snow or along route 9.
The Sports Center offers plenty of amenities, including: large indoor and outdoor heated pools; sauna and steam room; an exercise room; private ski lockers. All pool towels are supplied by the center.
ROOM DESCRIPTION:
Master bedroom: queen bed, bathroom with granite counters and tub/shower.
Bedroom 2: Offers 2 twin beds, Small flat screen TV.
Hall Bathroom: Full bathroom with granite counters and shower.
BE MINDFUL of hot water (small water heater) and do not leave water running in sinks, bath when not in use.
NO PETS- NO EXCUSES / NO SMOKING
FYI: House Cleaning service will report to the owner/VRBO any damage incurred as a result of one’s own behavior or actions. Replacement charge will be added to your credit card.
RENTER must be a minimum of 35 years.
PARKING: 2 parking space tags are provided by the owner please be respectful and do not break. Return them to the ski cubbies in the condo foyer for owner use.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Be ready and out the door by 10:30 am for Cleaning service to enter to clean my condo.
All wet towels should be placed in the bathroom sinks.
All food must be out of the refrigerator and all garbage out of the condo and placed in the huge compactor across from the sports center.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be respectful of my property whether furnishings. Rental fee is for heat, electricity, and a place to sleep. Treat the condo with respect.
No pets an HOA rule! Follow all posted Fire Marshall requests. Bring your Prime pass code or extension cord for bedroom TV use.
Inbox me on VRBO and text on cell phone for anything that affects my condo during winter months. Do not play with condo blinds.

Great location, family friendly

This ski condo is great for a true ski-in/ski-out stay - best for intermediate+ skiers as the trail in and out is narrow and steep (there are also stairs nearby). Property was very clean, well equipped and Cynthia was beyond communicative.

Peaceful summer escape

We had a very peaceful long weekend here. The condo was very clean and exactly as listed on the website. Overall a great weekend and I would highly recommend staying here it was a great experience, we hope to visit again soon!

Very Enjoyable

The condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Fireplace was awesome. Location was perfect right on the mountain ski on/off. Owner was very nice and very responsive. We had a great time.

2nd visit

This was my 2nd visit staying in this property which speaks to how much we enjoyed staying here. The property is very clean, well appointed, and is in a great location. We enjoyed our stay and got to see some great fall foliage. We will visit Vermont again and hope to stay here. I highly recommend.

Great condo and location

This is a great property at Mount Snow! The condo was perfectly appointed - everything we needed we found easily. The pool, with multiple hot tubs, is very close by and was very welcome after a day of skiing. It was early in the season but we found tons of trails to ski on for 6 days straight. Highly recommend!

From the first contact with the hosts everything was great. This condo was in a great, centrally located but quiet condo area. The condo included everything we needed for our family ski vacation. It was truly a ski in ski out condo and we would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Ski Getaway!

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay skiing at Mount Snow. The condo is exactly as described and was very clean. The ski in and out was perfect to stop back for lunch every day. The sports center is a great place to hang out after a day of skiing. My family enjoyed the indoor pool area and the game room there. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We can’t wait to come back!

PERFECT AUTUMN GETAWAY

The condo was in the perfect location and we went on the perfect weekend in fall. Had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. The dumpster for garbage is located in the parking lot on the right down the hill nearer to the exit. Instructions say it is in the parking lot, but not the parking lot of the condo itself. Contact with the owner / management was excellent. If television is your thing, you really need to pack some DVD's - but had the perfect dining area for playing games. Will surely stay again.

Fantastic Ski On-Ski Off

Our weekend stay up at Cynthia’s condo was amazing! Leading up to the trip Cynthia was very easy to work with and she sent several reminders of items to bring along with our trip. The ski-on/ski-off was very easy and the convenience of the family ski lockers was great! Cynthia was also kind enough to let us have a late checkout on Sunday which enabled us to eat lunch in the condo vs. making a reservation at the lodge restaurants; given all the COVID restrictions this was a game changer for us! Will definitely aim to book again.

Accurate description - clean property, great location, great communication

No surprises, the condo was everything it claimed to be. Very clean, right on the slopes, the PDFs I got in advance answered all my questions. Owner contacted me just before the stay began and I'm sure would have been available if needed (but there was never any need) I would say that RETURNING to the condo on skis wasn't clearly documented anywhere. But now that I know to take a trail called "Seasons Pass" I think it should have been obvious LOL Would definitely recommend. Would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable condo

We had a great weekend at Cynthia and James’ condo. Was perfect for our family of 4, it’s a very spacious condo, well appointed, with everything we needed for our stay. We used the sports center after skiing both nights of our stay, the pool and hot tubs were great. The location is perfect, it was a quick drive down to the clock tower to access the lift b/c it was early season and the access trail didn’t have snow yet. During the season the ski in/out access trail is right behind the condo and looks easily accessible. The owners were very attentive to any questions before and during the trip, which was much appreciated. We would definitely choose this unit for future trips to Mount Snow.

Great condo, kind hosts!

This place was fabulous! Very clean and well stocked kitchen for cooking. The hosts provided awesome info regarding the mountain and surrounding area. When we arrived at 10pm (way later than we intended) the battery for the key lock was dead so we couldn't get in -- absolutely ZERO fault of anyone. I'm only mentioning because we texted the host and almost immediately got a response from the host, helping us contact the building to get us in. The only bummer was after we booked we found out it was only a true 'ski in/ ski out' if you're an intermediate to expert skier (I'd say more like advanced expert (is that a thing?). We tried it and found the 'trail' was a path that wasn't even as wide as my skis turned sideways. VT got about 4 feet of snow the week before and the trail wasn't groomed and the snow wasn't packed down at all. There was the beginner option to walk a couple minutes down the road to a set of stairs leading to the trail. I think a better description would be a slope side condo and have that info on the listing instead of once you've booked.

Great stay

We had a great time staying at the property. Location was great; short walk doable even for a 4 year old in ski boots to the stairs that take you to the Seasons Pass trial. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Laundry was in unit, which was helpful with kids in tow. Check in was a breeze.

Cozy magical snowboard home

As soon as you enter you can tell this is a well-cared for home. Communication was easy, and the home exceed expectations. It's more roomy than the pictures depicted. We loved the fireplace and supplied wood.Good pots, pans, cutting boards and knives supplied. We had a dinner using the kitchen. Enjoyed Two Tannery for a fine dining birthday night out. Had American Flatbread for another meal, and enjoyed the local Market for all other groceries and consumption needs.We used the sporting center, the facility is very nice. It feels new and clean. We scheduled time at the hot tub two of the days, and jumped in the pool. We also ended up playing ping pong and foosball.As snowboarders, we were able to snowboard into the condo from the top of the mountain, but the trail to ski out is very flat (you need speed) so it meant unbinding to walk, so we just had our family drop us off at the bigger lift 1 minute down the road.

Holiday fun

Perfect location to enjoy the slopes! The condo was very nice and we loved relaxing by the fire place after a day of skiing! We enjoyed the on site hot tubs too in the nearby sports center. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

For Your Information: Welcome to our condo located in the 4 season resort of Mt. Snow.
*****A bit of warning for beginner and intermediate skiers using the path from the Building M door, the trail Marker to TinLizzy is a Black Diamond Marker. If you are an intermediate skier or beginner you will need to walk behind Building M to the stairs taking TinLizzy trail to the Season's ChairLifts. This is known as slope side. Building M offers both. Black Diamond to the door, slope-side directly in back.
Although Season's is not part of the Mt. Snow Resort per se, you will be allowed to take part in using the Sports Center amenities through scheduling your time on Mt. Snow. Bring bathing suits for the heated pool.

ABOUT US: We are a family of 5 from the state of New York, we’ve been a Mt. Snow family for over 23 years. We especially enjoy our winters skiing at Mt. Snow and relaxing afterwards at the Sports Center for their heated pool and exercise rooms before heading back to our condo M-22. Some of our family are expert or Black Diamond skiers while others are intermediate and beginners (using the walk and stairs of the slope side trail).
Mt. Snow offers exceptional outdoor activities during the other 3 season's for bicycling, hiking, fly-fishing, canoeing, visiting other towns, visiting farms for pure maple syrup, antiquing.
The Sports Center offers outdoor swimming, as well as announced BBQ’s so check the Mt. Snow monthly activity online.

We hope that when we can't be in Vermont to enjoy our condo and the beauty around Mt. Snow, you will enjoy your stay at our condo (remain respectful) and take in all that Mt. Snow and their recreational amenities that they offer.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because it is a true ski-in, ski-out condo. The building has a trail left of the woodshed via a Black Diamond Trail Marker that leads to the TinLizzy path. Then to the Season's Lifts. The beginner and intermediate skiers will start their day slope-side and walk down the driveway to the flight of stairs directly behind Building M that will take skiers to the Season's chair lifts which will take skiers to the main trail. When our children were small we skied slope-side using the steps and then the Black Diamond Marker path.

Spring, Summer, Fall months provide time for learning to fly fish, kayak, mountain bike, or hike. It is a short drive to Wilmington Lake for water sports. The Mt. Snow golf club is a great place to play golf and a great place to learn. Mt. Snow is part of 5 state parks. The vast is considered state park territory as well. During Summer and Early Fall the Sports Center opens its beautiful outdoor pool and tennis courts.

You will be our house guests please be respectful of our belongings. Our condo is small but modernized with structural renovations for an open floor plan, updated bathrooms, kitchen, new appliances. We offer central air conditioning for the summer months.

When relaxing from outdoor activities may be take in shopping, antiquing, museum hunting throughout nearby towns (Norman Rockwell Museum as you head north to Manchester) or drive along Route 9 heading west to Bennington. For the ladies, a luxury day, head over to Michele's Nail Spa in West Dover after a day on the slopes. You will be pleasantly surprised.

The unique benefit of Mt. Snow is it's amazing Base Lodge with many food booths, and crafts from nearby artisans. This is always a surprise.
