Our Vermont-rustic, charming, spacious and cozy townhome is located just 1/2 mile from Carinthia/Mt. Snow lifts and Historic West Dover, with ski shops, groceries, restaurants, apres ski bars and nightlife (including the live band showcase, Snow Barn) nearby. On the free MOOver Shuttle (runs Weekends, Holidays and Holiday Weeks) and Ski Home Trail. Part of beautifully maintained Bears Crossing community. Ping pong, billiards, wi-fi, comfy and newly updated lounge, big screen TV, laptop workstation and upgraded fitness room await in the Clubhouse. Our warm, neighborly and welcoming fire pit and outdoor grill lie just outside on the Clubhouse deck. Enjoy our immaculately maintained heated outdoor pool (summers). Rate includes Towels, Linens, Final Clean, Firewood. Take the free MOOver to the slopes, ski home down Fool's Gold right to our back yard, and say goodbye to Mt. Snow parking fees!

We are just over the border from Massachusettes, in close proximity to myriad outdoor winter sports and indoor entertainment. Enjoy the new upgraded lifts and state-of-the-art fanjet snow making, 80+ trails and 12 terrain parks at Mt. Snow. Snow making coverage now on over 80% of trails!

Winter activities include skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, sledding, ice skating, sleigh rides, tubing, bowling and entertainment. Explore the world class dining, shopping, museums and performing arts in the Mt. Snow/West Dover area and nearby Wilmington, Manchester (which is also know for its high end factory outlet stores), Bennington, and Williamstown (MA). Choose from five ski mountains including Mt. Snow, Stratton, Okemo and Bromley and Equinox, all within an hour's drive. Cross Country Skiing and Snow Shoeing at Timber Creek XCountry Ski Area is a couple of miles away. Rentals and extensive trails are available.

Relax on our south facing deck overlooking a lovely creek and skiers gliding down the ski-home trail right past our back yard. Enjoy a challenging game of Scrabble, free Netflix, or a DVD in front of the cozy living room fireplace. Make yourself at home!

Seasonal activities include:

Fall - Changing of leaves, October Fest, ski lift rides, hiking and bike riding, mountain biking, fishing, other outdoor activities.

Winter - downhill and cross country skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tubing, sledding, ice skating, snow mobile riding, etc.

Summer - hiking, biking, fishing, swimming, boating, golf (five beautiful golf courses, including Mt. Snow, Haystack, Stratton, Sitzmark and Equinox, within 45 minute drive), tennis and pickleball (on premises), mountain biking, canoeing/kayaking at Harriman Reservoir, Bromley Adventure Park.

Holidays, Weekends, Xmas/New Year's week and President's week free MOOver shuttle operates to and from Mt. Snow. Pick up and drop off is at entrance to our cul de sac.
Ski Home Trail runs behind our back yard. Two free car spots are available in front of our house, with additional free parking at opposite side of Cul de Sac.
