Winter 2025-2026 is predicted to be an above-average snowfall season here at the largest ski area in Southern Vermont: spacious, private home yet less than 10 minutes from Mt. Snow. Cook a family dinner in the modern, fully equipped kitchen and relax by the 40' stone fireplace after a fun day on the mountain. Bring your registered snowmobiles; we have direct access to the VAST trail just up the road. Bring your ice skates for the ice rink located close by.

Heading to beautiful southern Vermont during the summer or fall? Need a house for a family or two? Going for a wedding, golf outing, fishing trip, family reunion, or scenic foliage? Would you like to relax and recharge? This is the house for you! Private yet minutes to Mount Snow for mountain biking, hiking, golfing, scenic chairlift rides, or attending one of the many scheduled events. Bring your own registered boat or jet ski to enjoy at nearby Lake Whitingham or Lake Raponda. You can also rent a boat, jet ski, and wakeboard at Lake Whitingham to water ski or tube. Enjoy your kayaks and canoes at the well-known Grout Pond just north of Mount Snow. Bring your bikes to ride on miles of private land and on the new bike path in the center of West Dover. Into mountain biking? Mount Snow is your destination with daily rentals and equipment available! There's also candlepin bowling and mini golf close by.

Are you looking for peace and quiet? Read a book on the screen porch or make s'mores at the outdoor firepit. Don't forget about the spectacular fall foliage in Vermont! This 3-bedroom modern log home with a loft was built in the summer of 2002. Floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace in the great room. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and maple cabinets. The master suite features a private, newly renovated deck, a queen-sized bed, a master bath, a dual-sink vanity with quartz countertops, and a jetted whirlpool tub. One downstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the other is a children's bedroom with 2 full/twin bunk beds. Roku with DIRECTV streaming in the Master bedroom, which has a 42" flat screen. Roku with DIRECTV streaming in the living room, with a 65" flat screen. The basement is full of fun and games, including air hockey, ping pong, foosball, arcade bubble hockey, two basketball games, a video arcade with 60 games, and more! We stayed at the cabin for a short ski trip to Mt. Snow. The cabin was better than advertised, we really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable living room area and really enjoyed the beautiful fireplace after a day on the slopes.

I booked this property for a Mt. Snow ski weekend for my son and his friends. The property itself was perfect. Aside from it being charming and spacious, the game room was great and provided hours of entertainment. The hosts were super communicative and helpful and the property was minutes from the mountain. I would definitely go back!
