This house is a great place to escape, whether you’re looking to relax or be adventurous. Situated on a private way, the home offers added privacy and a peaceful setting. During the winter months, access roads may be snow-covered or icy. so for the best experience we strongly recommend an AWD or 4x4 vehicle.

To help you settle in comfortably, we provide starter quantities of essential supplies upon arrival, including paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and a selection of Dunkin’ and Starbucks coffee to get your stay off to a great start. Additional supplies can be purchased locally as needed.

The main floor features a large open floor plan with soaring 18-foot ceilings, perfect for entertaining, with clear sightlines across the kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is also a spacious primary suite with a king-size bed and a full bath featuring an oversized stone-tiled walk-in shower.

The kitchen is well stocked with all common amenities and appliances. The dining room seats 8, with 4 additional seats at the bar. Just off the living room is a large deck with outdoor seating, a gas grill, and a hot tub.

The second floor offers two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a cozy loft space with a trundle bed.

The finished basement includes an additional living room, laundry area with washer and dryer, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk beds. This extra space is ideal for movie nights, games, or a dedicated hangout area for kids.

Leave sheets and towels on the floor of each room.
Please place all trash in trash bags. When a bag is full, place it in a trash barrel on the front porch.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Home was amazing. Heat worked wonderfully, showers had great pressure, and it was everything we were looking for. I do suggest if there is snow on the forecast that you are in a solid awd or 4x4 vehicle since the driveway can be troublesome. The owner was fantastic as well and replied extremely quickly. This is a perfect getaway for anyone looking for a home away from home.

Matt was a fantastic host, from the moment we walked into the property it felt cozy & welcoming! We loved getting to hop in the hot tub quick after a day of skiing, enjoyed a round of monopoly by candle light (there were high wind storms one night & we lost power briefly, but quickly found a few flashlights/candles & had power back before long at all.) Ultimately, we’d absolutely recommend this property to others & will hopefully be back for another trip in the future!

So cozy but spacious! We were able to all be together and enjoy our time. Even though the second day was rainy and cold, it didnt even bother us because the house was great to just hang out in. Had everything we needed and more! It was the little touches like the glasses in the freezer ready to go that really put a smile on our faces. Would absolutely stay here again!!

We loved our stay that the Post and Beam house! Took a family ski trip, and this house could not have been more perfect. Super comfy, plenty of space for all and the hot tub was extremely popular after long days of skiing! Matt was extremely responsive throughout the trip addressing any and all questions we had. It rained our first full day, and iced up the driveway pretty good, but Matt arranged the plow company to scrape and sand so we were all set. We also lucked out with 6 inches of snow one night and the plow company had us cleared out well before we needed to head to the mountain which was perfect. The house is very close to Mount Snow- and is right down the road from restaurants and stuff to do in town. Fantastic place to stay- thanks for all of your hospitality Matt- we definitely recommend and would book again!

Great ski house getaway

Very much as advertised. Bedrooms and bathrooms on three floors, which worked perfectly for a multi-generational family group. Hot tub a huge plus. Would highly recommend this property!

Perfect house!

Skiiing and relaxing trip with friends and family.

Comfortable home, clean, close to Mt Snow and Stratton. Warm and cozy with room for everyone to spread out. All amenities included and a bathroom on each floor. The outdoor hot tub is a nice bonus. Truly enjoyed it!

Matt was an excellent host! The property was right near Mount Snow and beautiful! The check in process was super easy with plenty of room to park. Extended family ski retreat

Our extended family of 9 - 7 adults and 2 tweens, enjoyed our weekend at Matt's home. It is a lovely, warm home and has one of the best stocked kitchens I have experienced. Matt contacted me directly prior to the check in and was prompt in responses to our questions. The home is about 3 miles from Mount Snow, so the location is perfect. The lower level has a pool table/air hockey table which everyone enjoyed.

Comfortable, clean home for family and friends

House was very well equipped, one of the cleanest homes I have stayed in the area. Perfect for multi family / friend group. Nice neighborhood and close to mt snow. Deck, hot tub and deck was also very nice. Definitely recommend and would stay again. Only thing I would improve is in the listing on Vrbo it states loft has 2 twins which is somewhat inaccurate. The loft has a twin bed with a trundle bed. Aside from that adjustment with planning where to sleep it was wonderful!
