House is open-concept with three levels to accommodate everyone comfortably

One primary bedroom, one private Queen bedroom, and two family-style bedrooms ; 3 full-baths - 1 per floor, ensures everyone's comfort. Additional features include a wood burning fireplace insert in living room, safe electric infrared fireplace entertainment center in playroom, updated kitchen & baths, WIFI, and a large game room with a full-size air hockey table, Foosball, and shuffleboard table.

Wrap-around deck and private master deck afford beautiful wooded views, outdoor dining, Large outdoor grill.

Within minutes of charming downtown Wilmington and a quick 10 min drive to Mount Snow ski area and Haystack Golf Courses.

The rooms were spacious and impeccable. The games room in the basement was an immediate success for both my 7 and 2yo kids. A dream! Communication with our host was excellent. We all regretted not being able to stay for longer. We need to go back!

Property has it all

This was our second time renting this property for a quick ski trip. The property is spacious, and well appointed. It really offers everything you need for a relaxing ski vacation. Love the game room and the space.

Another Great Stay at Jeanine's Home in Wilmington, VT

This is our second stay at Jeanine's home and it did not disappoint. The home is always very clean and well organized. The showers have great water pressure and we never run out of hot water. We especially enjoyed the fireplace during this visit.

Excellent house

We came on a short trip with our friends. This house is perfect for us. Very clean and cute. The playroom is awesome for kids and adults. We definitely want to go back and stay there again!

St Patricks Day at Chimney Hill

We had the best time staying at this property! Despite Wilmington getting an insane amount of snow a few days before we got there, the host was prompt in keeping us updated on the driving conditions and being able to get into the house. The house was clean, cozy, and exactly what we were expecting from the listing. Would definitely stay here again!

Fun stay by Mount Snow

Great ski weekend with 3 families at Mount Snow. House has everything including air hockey, foos ball and darts. Loved sitting in front of the wood fire place. 15 minutes to Mount Snow.

Great family ski weekend

Wonderful, clean, and cozy house that was fully equipped with everything you would need for a weekend away. Perfect for family with kids. The downstairs room had so many fun things to keep them entertained when not skiing. Short drive to Mt Snow. We would definitely recommend for families looking to ski but also want a house to relax in afterwards with plenty of space and fun games. We didn’t check out the clubhouse but the indoor pool looked good and close by. The owner was very responsive and gave very good instructions on check in and other house details.

Feb break ski trip

House was perfect for our group. Jeanine was very easy to reach with questions and prompt with responses. House is at the top of the Chimney Hill complex- very close to the clubhouse and probably walkable if had been a bit warmer. Distance from Mt Snow was an easy 20 min drive. Well equipped kitchen, large table, clean, spacious bathrooms, large basement area for the kids, cozy living room with fireplace for the adults. Hiking trails in complex for the non-skiers. Overall a great house!

Girls weekend getaway

As a group of 7 women celebrating a birthday, we all thoroughly enjoyed this property. There were plenty of beds, a comfortable outdoor seating area and a well equipped kitchen. We cooked some meals in and ate out as well. There are several nice hiking trails that we explored - the host’s information book had lots of great recommendations. I would highly recommend for a larger group!

Relaxing Getaway

The Chimney Hill property is everything Joe described, and more. Our group consisted of 6 adults and 2 children, and we could have doubled the amount and still been just as comfortable! There was so much to do in the area, as well as within the Chimney Hill association, most notable the amazing outdoor pool at the club house. We had a total blast and will most definitely return in the future.

Family getaway

Fantastic experience! We were 6 adults and 2 children enjoying a family ski getaway. This house was perfect. Everything was as shown and described. The house was spotlessly clean. Everyone loved the game room downstairs. Will definitely consider going back some day.

Great Mt Snow House

Had a great stay! 15-20 min to Mt Snow base. Steep driveway but everything was plowed and cleared very well. House was fully stocked for any cooking , coffee, etc. our kids LOVED the downstairs , which meant the Adults could LOVE upstairs fireplace and living room. Host was very responsive when I had questions. I would for sure stay here again!

Wonderful Mt. Snow weekend

The house was perfect. Communication with the host was perfect. My only issue was that the ad said, “minutes from Mt. Snow” It is more like 25 minutes. That’s okay. I just thought it implied a shorter drive. Still a great place to stay to ski at Mt. Snow.

Fantastic spot for a family getaway

What an excellent spot. It's peaceful and remote, but is a 10-minute drive to the adorable village. The clubhouse is great, especially if you have little ones. The townhouse is perfect for a multi-generational stay. I and my fiancee had one second-floor bedroom and my adult kiddo and their GF had the other bedroom. My mom took the ground floor, and my brother, his wife, and his two kids took the excellent playroom area. The layout gave us plenty of room to spread out for privacy, but also larger meeting spaces to gather together. Perfect! Jeanine was responsive and flexible. Great to deal with!

Ski weekend

The house is wonderful. Plenty of space with great common areas and bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. My 3 yr old nephew came up and had a blast with all the unexpectedly large amounts of fun toys. The adult toys were fun too! (Air hockey, shuffle board, foos) The drive to Mt. snow wasn’t bad thru the hilly, windy roads. Took about 15-20min. Lots of people at the mtn stay in the same neighborhood it seems. Only drawback is the narrow, steep pitched driveway. Not a big deal though. We easily fit 5 cars, which is plenty. Overall, phenomenal house and the owners took very good care of it. Would highly recommend.

Top of the Hill Fun!

We had a WONDERFUL time at Jeanine's Cabin.....which is so much more than a Cabin! We used to own a house on East Brook Crossing, for 21 years, and have always loved Chimney Hill. We have rented houses on Chimney Hill since we sold our property, but this house is the best ever! It has all the amenities you could imagine.....it is decorated beautifully and in the Fall season motif, it is big so we could all be in our own space if we wanted to!! The men and our Grandson loved the downstairs game tables!! Our daughter and I loved the kitchen! The deck is nice and large for gatherings, and our Son-In-Law loved the Weber!! We can't say enough about our stay with you, and we highly recommend you to others who want to stay in Chimney Hill. You were very easy to work with and we so appreciate your flexibility on our check-in. We hope to stay with you again in the future! Kudos to you and your family!!!!

Just as great as the first time!

This is the second time my group has stayed at this property over new years and it was just as great as we remembered! The house itself is set up perfectly for our group with adults and kids - the first floor has tons of space for cooking, eating and lounging. The basement has so many activities for the kids (and adults) that they immediately ran downstairs to play as soon as we walked in. Also, communication with Jeanine was easy and quick. She texted me to let me know the cleaners were done early and we could arrive earlier than the stated time. We arrived at the start of an ice storm and when our minivan with front wheel drive and no snow tires (lesson learned) couldn't make it up the mountain, Jeanine was immediate to respond and let us know where best to park the car. All in all, another great new years at the Chimney Hill house and on the slopes with friends and family !

We are from the South Shore of Long Island and enjoy traveling and adventures, particularly hiking, both in this country and abroad. We enjoy fine dining, outdoor grilling, game nights, reading and movies, and home improvements projects - well, some of us!

Why they chose this property

We were thrilled to discover the wonderful Chimney Hill community and this charming country home complete with all the modern amenities you could want in a vacation rental. The area provides easy access to both downtown Wilmington for some delicious dining and shopping, and is an easy drive to Mt. Snow for a great skiing/snowboarding experience. We love to have others experience some time in this beautiful part of Vermont and our comfortable "home away from home"!

What makes this property unique

We were attracted to this home by its thoughtful design - from the convenient front entry heated mudroom and storage area, to the high ceiling, open concept, main living/dining area. The layout of the bedrooms provides some privacy for couples or families travelling together as you can split your group over the three floors with a bathroom on each floor as well. The location is a perfect distance from the Chimney Hill Clubhouse facility for even more activities.
