*Our cozy forest retreat occasionally encounters insects and mice due to its natural surroundings. Rest assured, our home is kept clean and well-maintained, with regular pest control services every quarter to manage these visitors. Please note they can still sometimes be found.

This was the perfect house for a girls weekend without the kids! The location was perfect! The beds were a little firm but other than that we had a great stay! Each of us had our own space and plenty of bathrooms and we LOVED the basement space with the games and the movie theater! 10/10 would recommend and would come back!

Spring Break

We had a great experience at Erika’s place. The house was great. Spacious & cozy at the same time. Plenty of amenities to keep the kids entertained from the theater in the basement to card games, fussball, darts, backyard, and firepit,for roasting marshmallows. We hiked at Molly Stark, went to the reservoir, & skied at Mt. Snow all in under 20 min away. We had a good time, it was a perfect getaway for our spring break.
