Enjoy unwinding at Fiddlehead--a peaceful, well-appointed home nestled in the ferns and woods of the Chimney Hill resort community. The quaint and historic town of Wilmington with its delightful shops, restaurants, and full-size grocery store is only 5 minutes away. Hit the slopes at Mt. Snow Ski Area in less than 15 minutes, and reach Stratton Mountain in only half an hour. In five minutes you can be at the expansive Harriman Reservoir for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding and other watersports with many other beautiful clear mountain lakes, rivers, and state parks nearby.

The house features two comfortable living areas, 2 full baths, and spacious accommodations for a group of up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms and an adorable and private loft. A cozy wood burning stove and two efficient Rennai gas heaters compliment the electric baseboard heating system to keep you toasty on the coldest nights. The main living area opens onto a large deck where you can sit and enjoy being enveloped in the surrounding trees. A fire pit in the back yard beckons you for roasting s'mores or chatting under the stars. This tastefully decorated home is filled with everything you need for a relaxing and worry-free visit, including comfortable beds with premium linens, plush bath towels and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, slow-cooker, gas range, microwave/convection oven, and coffee maker. Also included is a full-sized washer and dryer.

Tennis courts, a children's play area, and a seasonal ice skating rink are just a 3 minute walk through the woods. Hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and snowmobile trails run along a babbling brook right around the corner from the house. The community clubhouse, a short drive away, has a large outdoor pool, a year-round indoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, game room and other amenities for your use.
