Pen Y Bryn Cottage is a detached property, situated on the outskirts of Llandudno Junction. Inside, you will find four bedrooms, comprising of two ground-floor king-size double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, a first-floor king-size double and a king size double. There is also a family shower room, complete with a walk-in shower, basin and WC and a ground floor WC with basin. Additional rooms include a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with an open-fire and a snug with a woodburning fire. Outside, you will find off-road parking and a large lawn area. Pen Y Bryn Cottage is a wonderful escape to North Wales.

Dishwasher, gas hob, Charcoal BBQ, garden furniture, double electric oven, microwave, 2 x fridge/freezers, smart TV & TV in snug for consoles only, Fibre Broadband. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Ramp at front door. Large lawn garden area. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pub and shop within 4 miles. Sorry no electric car charging allowed at the property, nearest charging point al Lill 1.5 miles away. The property has access to a two acre field that would be suitable for a horse. There is a charge of £100 per week payable directly to the owner to use this. Please note this property has a good housekeeping bond of £250.
