Berthlwyd Coach House is a family-friendly apartment, set on the grounds of a welcoming holiday park, and offers a spacious and contemporary space for a relaxing and peaceful stay. The park features wonderful amenities such as an indoor swimming pool and a sauna, as well as an outdoor play area for children to enjoy. Additionally, the breathtaking Eryri National Park (Snowdonia) is located just a short distance away, while the charming town of Conwy can be found two miles down the road. The apartment is found on the ground floor, with just 4 steps between the dining room and the living room, and boasts impressive views from the raised lounge section of the split-level lounge-diner. The dining space provides ample room for a delightful family meal cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. The four bedrooms comprise of two roomy doubles - both with kingsize beds - and two cosy twins, sleeping up to 8. There is one family bathroom, which is sizeable and includes a bathtub, shower cubicle, wash basin, and WC. The property is equipped with a range of modern amenities, such as a fully furnished kitchen, central heating, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, washer-dryer, and free Wi-Fi internet access. Additionally, garden furniture is available for guests to use. Bed linen and towels are provided, there is a travel cot and a high chair. The park offers a variety of recreational activities, including a seasonal indoor swimming pool with a spa-pool and sauna, which is open from 9.30am to 5pm. Guests can also enjoy the stunning views of the Conwy Valley from the sun terrace. Children can have fun in the spacious and open grassed play area, which features swings, climbing frames, and a seesaw. There is parking for 2 vehicles and two 22kW EV charge points are available. These are shared with the rest of the park and you will need to download the Charge Assist app. Payment is 50p per kWh and a £1.50 transaction fee. Berthlwyd Hall Holiday Park is a five-star holiday and caravan park in Conwy, North Wales located just one mile away from the popular medieval town centre. Set amongst beautifully landscaped grounds, Berthlwyd Park boasts stunning countryside views of the Conwy Valley, taking in the idyllic and serene landscape that Wales is famous for.
