Idyllic Riverside Welsh House - Next to Snowdonia & Close to North Wales beaches

Beautifully presented peaceful three bedroom detached holiday home located next to Snowdonia National Park.
Perfect location for exploring and visiting the many attractions of Snowdonia and North Wales.
Overlooking River Conwy, the property benefits from breath taking views of the mountainous Welsh countryside.
With off street parking for 2 cars, the house is perfect for families and is pet friendly too.

The home is well equipped for your holiday including, central heating, Wi-Fi, bedding and towels, kitchen utensils and equipment.

The downstairs area consists of a large modern kitchen with underfloor heating and small breakfast bar, a spacious homely living room with large TV including a full SKY Q package which includes Sky Sports & Sky Cinema and PlayStation 3, leading to a dining conservatory where you can gain access to the stunning landscaped garden with decking and seating areas over the River Conwy. Also downstairs there is a separate WC and utility area with combi washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs there is a large bathroom with bath, WC and separate shower. The bathroom also benefits from a TV!

All bedrooms are upstairs and include:

Master bedroom with super king size bed and balcony with seating area to enjoy the beautiful views the house has to offer. The bedroom also has a large screen TV and DVD player & dressing table.

Superb place to stay in North Wales

Ideally located, in a very quiet neighbourhood and with beautiful views, this holiday home has all that is required and more. This was our second visit.

Perfect Fungrimage House

Stunning house and gardens, we were walking parts of the Pilgrims way so perfect place for us, dogs had a good few zoomies in garden. Had a meal at local hotel was fabulous. Everything we needed for our lovely short stay would highly recommend it

Amazing

Stunning property, very homely. My grandchildren spent hours with the binoculars looking at the different wildlife from the decking. Everything you need is provided for comfort and entertainment. Conwy town was lovely and visited the beach. I recommend the little food shop and cafe just down the road. The pub was just over the bridge but was a little disappointed with the service and food to be honest. Overall a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend.

Beautiful House with stunning view!

Had a brilliant stay, the house is lovely with a beautiful view and a large garden which our Golden Retriever loved! House is well equipped with everything you could need and beds are really comfy and the view from the main bedroom is stunning! Added bonus of a tv to watch in the bath which was a highlight for my partner! We would definitely return. Make sure to check out the Bodnant estate for the restaurant, cafe and farm shop which are all great and just around the corner.

The nicest holiday let we’ve ever stayed in!!

Wonderful property with stunning views. The house was very comfortable, warm, clean and well equipped. We could’ve happily stayed for a week! We loved the garden and outdoor space. Good location just off the A470 and near to the A55. Thanks so much.

Lovely view

The house is spacious and comfortable and the garden is large with a lovely view of the river. The kitchen is well equipped and seems to have everything one would need. The location is great being close to the coast and access to walks in the Conway valley.

Great communication from the host. Easy check in. The house is stunning with even better views from the garden. Friendly local pub at the bottom of the road. 10 minute drive from the beach and national parks.

beautiful views

gorgeous views from rear of the house, peaceful and quiet. lovely home with great kitchen with every utensil you could think of. beds very comfy. We took our 2 labradors with us who loved the garden for a morning run but the only thing is that there are very few places to take dogs for walk without driving and the conservatory leading in from the garden and main lounge has cream carpet for flooring so you have to be extra careful with the dogs paws not to mark the carpets, probably a good idea to fit laminate flooring throughout to make it stress free. Would definitely return as close to all local amenities

Relaxing stay by the river

Effortless booking and fabulous communication with owner. The house is very comfortable, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Bed in master bedroom was very comfortable and what a fabulous view to wake up to . The Garden was ideal to sit and enjoy a drink by the river and the dog enjoyed the garden too. Overall would say excellent property and would definitely stay again . Thank you

Sorry bit dissapointed.

We found the seating very uncomfortable much too low to the ground too laid back.not as good as the picture portrays. Had to bring the conservatory chairs in for a bit of comfort.Bedroom radiator very very noisy . Bed was very comfortable and cosy. Would not stay here again simply because of the uncomfortable chairs.

Great place for the family

We had a wonderful stay in this home. It is a quick drive to Snowdonia to the south and Llandudno to the north. This was a quiet and relaxing place to end a day of activities. The pictures do not do it justice...the interior is newly decorated/remodeled and well equipped. The views of the river from the upstairs porch, sun room and riverside deck were lovely. The kids enjoyed having a little yard to run around in. It was fun listening to the birds and watching the tide come in. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay.

If it is available, then book it!!!!

From arrival to departure, an idyllic retreat and base to explore the surrounding area. So much to do and see within a reasonable drive, the local pub/inn was lovely and dog friendly, with great food and beverages. The house was so well presented and planned out to cater for families young and old with space for all with good quality equipment through out. Our little "Pixie" was also well looked after if we had forgotten or chosen not to bring the essentials for sleeping/eating. She is a bit of a diva so did not use the lovely dog bed provided..... The views from garden, ground and first floor would never be a disappointment on a sunny or rainy day. Comfortable beds and quiet enough to listen to the wildlife or whatever you chose to put on with the great technology provided. Dining inside or outside, well catered for again and such an enjoyable stay for my wife and I as we explored Snowdonia and the great villages and towns. My daughter joined us for a few days too and loved the location as her little retreat too! Thanks to the owners for letting us stay and the housekeepers and maintainers of the property for doing an outstanding job! Would definately return to this property when coming back, if we are lucky for it to be available!!!

Great summer holiday getaway in North Wales

The house is in a lovely location, with easy access to the Snowdonia National Park to the south for spectacular scenery and walking, and is accessible in approx fifteen/twenty minutes drive, and ten/fifteen minutes drive in the other direction you have the north coast, with some beautiful, usually fairly empty beaches! If you’re in to ZIP world type events then you can access all three of their sites within 30-45 minutes from the house. Chester is also only about 45minutes drive away, traffic permitting (good zoo there). Great Orme peninsula is also worth a visit and nice place for a picnic. The island of Anglesey and the village of Menai straits offer some great boat rides and there are plenty of castles to see locally - Conwy is a great castle and the battlements around the town are a great walk, assuming you don’t mind heights! If golf is your thing then you’re definitely in luck with the house being well placed to access several well kept and reasonably challenging courses. Also a great little pitch and putt at Llandudno on the edge of Great Orme. The house itself is lovely and spacious and pretty well up together, with good mod cons, WiFi and Sky in three bedrooms and the main sitting room. The views out the rear of the property and the garden are just beautiful and being able to sit and watch the river birds and clouds move over the hills is a superb place for eating or just sitting and relaxing away from it all, and visible both inside and outside the property. I could happily just spend hours sat on the boardwalk looking at the changing tides and or reading a book. The swans and their signets were a treat to watch whilst we were there as when the tide is out they often come up and sit under the boardwalk at the end of the garden. If I had to make a negative comment, and it isn’t massively significant, it would be about the electric hob in the kitchen, seems a bit temperamental and some of the rings can take 20+ minutes to heat up a pan of new potatoes for example, but this is a minor thing in what is overall a lovely house and a very pleasant place to stay on holiday. The house owners were also easily contactable and always helpful. Will definitely try and visit again. Thanks for letting us rent your lovely home.
