About this property
The Villa in Paradise
The house is located a few minutes from the heavenly coast of Porto Pino, in the south-west of Sardinia, an enchanting place with many naturalistic treasures.
Terraced house on two levels equipped with every comfort, finely furnished with two double bedrooms and one single with a single sofa bed, Each room has a private bathroom for a total of 3 bathrooms. Ideal for 5 people.
Kitchen with living room equipped with all comforts and a large veranda with barbecue to enjoy lunches or dinners. Small garden also on the opposite side and hot outdoor shower for returning from the sea.
Located in a quiet residential area in the center of the village. Two parking spaces are available.
The minimum overnight stay in the high season is one week.
The price includes linen for 4 people (towels and sheets). Final cleaning is mandatory and performed by a trusted person once a week.
For payment 50% is requested at the time of booking and the remaining 50% is payable in cash on arrival.

siamo stati una settimana, in cinque adulti. l'alloggio è davvero accogliente, con tutto l'occorrente per farti sentire come a casa! una accuratezza nei particolari che ci ha fatto davvero pensare di essere ...in paradiso! in posizione strategica, il paese di Sant'anna Arresi offre tutto quello che serve per passare una vacanza tranquilla e le spiagge più belle sono facilmente raggiungibili: Porto Pino, Chia , Tuerredda, e anche Cala Domestica , che abbiamo visto con un bellissimo mare mosso. La sig.ra Lorena ci ha dato ottimi e preziosi consigli e alla sig.ra Maria Lucia vanno i complimenti per il bellissimo alloggio. La Sardegna ci ha davvero colpito, sia per le bellezze della natura ma anche per la gentilezza e l'accoglienza che abbiamo trovato!
