Located south of Lucca, Villa Lampiocino is an independent stone house with fenced garden and private swimming pool suited for 8 people. The area offers many opportunities to visit the Tuscan countryside as well as some famous places such as Pisa, Florence and Lucca.

Villa Lampiocino is set over two levels

Ground level: You will find an open plan living/dining room with satellite TV, sofas and dining table and chairs and a decorative fireplace (not in use). The kitchen is equipped with modern commodities stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and the utility room provides extra space with the washing machine, iron and ironing board and storage. There is a shower cubicle and a separate guest WC, bidet and washbasin. There is a twin room with two French beds (120cm each) with access to the garden area.

First floor: You will find three bedrooms (one double room and two twin rooms (beds can be put together). There are two bathrooms: one with bathtub and hydro massage, WC and washbasin and the second one with shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. The windows are provided with mosquito nets.

The outdoor area is composed of a swimming pool with salted water (12m x 6m and depth from 1.40m to 1.75m) accessible via a few steps, sun beds, external shower, gazebo with table and chairs and BBQ. There is a garden area as well as a covered parking.
