The villa accommodates 8 guests (a 9th bed is available on request) and combines traditional Tuscan architecture with modern comforts. This is the first season the family home is available for rental, offering guests a unique and lovingly curated space. Inside, you’ll find a charming dining room, a cozy lounge, and an authentic cantina (wine cellar) offering select local wines. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and coffee maker. It opens directly to the outdoor terrace with a breathtaking view. Each bedroom is tastefully furnished, air-conditioned, and features a private modern bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet—ensuring full privacy and comfort. Outside, a private pool with a sun deck invites you to relax. Surrounded by greenery, olive trees, and shade from the pergola and lounge area, it’s the perfect place to unwind. Enjoy summer evenings under the stars at the barbecue and garden pavilion. The olive grove is ideal for peaceful walks, and the surrounding area offers hiking and mountain biking trails. Nearby, the picturesque village of Vicopisano offers medieval charm, and cities like Florence, Lucca, Pisa, and Siena are within easy reach. Barbecuing is only allowed in designated areas We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. House rules are displayed in the living room.
